Customer Service Issues Today, I notified your company that I will be late paying my October rent due to a hardship caused by Hurricane Helene. I informed that my payment would be made on October 12th and I understood any late fees added to my bill due at that time. Service or Repair Issues Over 24 hours after Helene rolled through, Vinebrook Homes LLC told me "contact FEMA" after a tree came through my bedroom ceiling. NO federal disaster has been declared! This issue could have been resolved with a tarp. Instead everything I own (50k +) is ruined by mold spores. Customer Service Issues I am currently recovering from unforeseen financial hardship. I have been late with rent while transitioning employment. Vinebrook Homes has constantly denied me of their hardship program and has refused any type of payment plan despite occupying the home for multiple years including before Vinebrook purchased the property. Service or Repair Issues I have been living with vine brook for four years and always paid my rent on time. I reached out to them about 4 months ago letting them know my fridge was giving out and making noise. They never did nothing about it after I filed a maintenance request. Service or Repair Issues I have been without air conditioning for 8 days, as my air conditioning quit running on 8/ 23. I was told the technician did not have the equipment and had to come back. Service or Repair Issues I have been without air for 5 days. Vinebrook maintenance call you when they’re 15 mins away from your for a maintenance request. I have called Vinebrooks to have them use the master key because I work through the day or lets schedule a time which they day they can’t do. This company has been the worst. Billing Issues This is a property rental company. My lease renewal is coming up. I was emailed a 'early bird special'. It stated in the email to accept the offer by 7/01, and that the lease must be signed by 08/61/2024. I accepted the offer.
