Problems with Product/Service I moved into a vinebrook residences on the 15th paid all my fees. Upon move in I was assured everything was up to standards. But my gas was not on. My ac is not working the back door is not fixed it has a broken door knob and instead of fixing it they gave me a 2by 4 and said it was for the back door. Problems with Product/Service We have had numerous problems with them in regards to the HVAC system, we went almost two months in winter with no heat because they took their time fixing the issue, and now our air conditioning unit is not working properly. We have gone almost 4 weeks with it being 80 degrees and higher in my house. They ignore my emails, they keep lying about what they are and are not doing and I am at my wits end. Problems with Product/Service My mother rents a property from Vinebrook Homes. She is elderly and being discriminated against. Delayed maintenance, illegal billing practices, unsafe maintenance protocols and horrible communication.
Problems with Product/Service Hello I closed on my home in April.My last month as a tenant was May. VineBrook purchase the home from ****** so I had no choice but to be a tenant. 900 of my deposit was kept. I ask for proof from their reason and never received any.
