Problems with Product/Service I am a current renter of the Vinebrook Homes and I recently filed for a work order in reference to my Residential A/C Unit going out. The temperatures here in St. Louis, Mo has been 97-101 degrees (f). My issue was labled "URGENT" and inside the resident portal it states that all urgent matters will be addressed 1-3 days. Problems with Product/Service I'm a current residence with Vinebrookhomes been in their house now 2 yrs was told it was time to resign my lease I have tried to get in contact with them numerous times due to questions about my lease .No answers!!! Finally talk to someone and now was told ITS TOO LATE TO SIGN A LEASE I HAVE TO MOVE OUT BY NEXT MONTH !! IVE NEVER BEEN LATE ON RENT !!
Problems with Product/Service I have been living in this house for about 4 years. Vinebrook has taken over the property this year and it’s been nothing but problems! The A/C has been out since 6/17/2022. I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old who has asthma. I keep putting in maintenance request and they keep marking them as complete. Billing/Collection Issues On May 28,2022 I received an email from Vinebrook stating that they have been notified from the city Cody of enforcement that I have talk weeds or grass within my yard. The email said it serves me as a notice and to correct the issue and if they issue has already been corrected please reach out as soon as possible with pictures so it can be communicated to the city so the fines can be assessed. Billing/Collection Issues For 1 year rent was paid by ERAP LAST MONTH PAID WAS MAY 2022 screenshot provided for proof of payments. On May 15th got letter may rent wasn't received they claimed late fee was issue . Problems with Product/Service Our lease was taking over by Vinebrook homes about a year ago and nothing but problems with this company ever since. We had several maintenance issues and there were solve quickly. Until our central air unit went out on July 6. Submitted a maintenance request. Billing/Collection Issues I have called several times regarding my water bill. I emailed the proof that job and family services are paying my bill. How ever vine brooks sent them a check. when asked for them to call me back so they can reverse the payment .No call and its been 2 weeks. It for 600 dollars. Problems with Product/Service We have been without AC (air conditioning) since 06/24/22. We have placed multiple work orders however the problem has not be resolved. We have experienced issues with HVAC in general for years while living here. On 05/30/22, we placed a work order since the furnace smelled of smoke, made loud sounds and flames were viewable from within the furnace. Problems with Product/Service The air/heat in my home does not properly work the ONLY place that gets cold is the basement! In the main level no air (or heat in the winter really comes out) I put a service request in 6/1/22 it stayed pended for about 2 weeks then Vinebrook marked it as “complete” no one reached out or even came to my home!
