I then reached out to them and they told me as long as I paid they would drop the eviction and I could continue to stay there. I reported to my maintenance line that my basement was not filled with high water but the carpet was soaked due to flooding. Problems with Product/Service I moved into a vinebrook residences on the 15th paid all my fees. Upon move in I was assured everything was up to standards. But my gas was not on. My ac is not working the back door is not fixed it has a broken door knob and instead of fixing it they gave me a 2by 4 and said it was for the back door. Problems with Product/Service We have had numerous problems with them in regards to the HVAC system, we went almost two months in winter with no heat because they took their time fixing the issue, and now our air conditioning unit is not working properly.
