Problems with Product/Service 7/6/22 I contacted Vine Brook homes to Notify them of the front of the house being that we had a storm and it blew some of the siding was off. I was told by their answering service that there was no emergency and they would send over the request and somebody would contact me. I then put an emergency request in online to let them know that the sighting has came off of the house for somebody to come and fix it before more blow off. They have yet to call. Billing/Collection Issues I rent a ****** **** home from Vinebrook. On July 1, 2022, I submitted my rent payment via their online portal. There was more than enough money in my account. I kept checking my bank account, but to my surprise, they never took my money. On July 7th, I was shocked to receive an email from them stating that my payment “was not accepted/processed by the bank and your rental account remains unpaid.” Vinebrook wants me to pay a $50 "returned check" charge AND a $50 late fee. Problems with Product/Service On July 1st 2022 my air stopped working in my home. I put a work order in the morning of 07/01/22, received an email back letting me know that the order had been accepted and that someone would be in contact soon. After several days of not hearing from anyone or from the company, i reached out to VB to get a follow up and an ETA but you can only speak to someone in the maintenance dept and they don't know anything or have any answers to provide. Billing/Collection Issues I moved into the home **** *********** *** ** ******** **at the end of January 2022 and on February 27, 2022 I submitted a maintenance request for a dishwasher that came with the rental property (the dishwasher doesn’t power on) and never touched the dishwasher again. Problems with Product/Service As of 6/24 I noticed my air didn’t seem to be blowing properly but didn’t notice it wasn’t working until 6/25. Of course this company has no after hours or weekend services so I placed a maintenance request and after there was no online update on 6/27 I called and informed them I have 5 kids ages 9 months to 12 years old and 2 of which have asthma and I needed someone one to come out asap. Problems with Product/Service I was renting a house for them and they sent me a bad check for my security deposit that I am unable to cash I have been trying to reach them to get the issue fixed for over a month now and they just won’t answer and they do not have a phone number to call so I been emailing them but still can’t get a answer so I can’t get my deposit back

Problems with Product/Service I applied and was approved for a rental with Vinebrook Homes May 31st. I viewed the property the following week and paid prorated deposit. When completing the walk through myself , and ***** ********** discovered that the AC was not working. He assured me that it would be fixed when I moved in June 10th. Since , THE VERY FIRST DAY I MOVED IN , I’ve been constantly making complaints about my AC not working properly. It has been up to 95 degrees in this house.
