Billing/Collection Issues We spent more money fixing up this property then the actual rental company did. We always had problems with the HVAC, plumbing and there was mold in the walls of the guest bathroom where the guy came out and told us it was mold in the walls and to just spray bleach on the walls. Problems with Product/Service I submitted a work order Wednesday June 15th for my ac not working. I called on the 16th because no contacted me. Problems with Product/Service I gave Vinebrook a security deposit of $1155.00 on June 20. On June 22 I told them I could not sign their lease and needed my deposit back. My job that was going to take me to ****** **** fell through and I needed my deposit back as it was only 2 days, no lease signed, and the check had not even cleared or was deposited. Problems with Product/Service In November of 2020, we started renting our home from ******. Around mid-year 2021, ****** was bought out by Vinebrook homes. Since our move in in November 2020, we have put in numerous maintenance requests regarding the back door - which is a sliding glass door. Problems with Product/Service I live in a home owned by Vinebrook homes. I have called and put in maintenance request over the past month, first it started with kitchen sink leaking, Now I am having way more issues with the place I'm living in. Problems with Product/Service 6/13/22, a maintenance request was entered for AC not cooling properly. SEVERE temperatures and heat index. 6/14/22, had to enter request again due to no response and I reiterated that I have small children. Problems with Product/Service My AC is broken. I submitted my first request on 4/22/22. After 2 other requests, sending someone and no resolution, I created a request on 5/8/22 where they sent an outside contractor. This contractor stated the AC unit needed to be replaced and said it would be 2-3 weeks before they could return, assuming the office setup the appointment.
