Problems with Product/Service This is the worst property management company. They do not care about the tenants. They do not fix issues in the home. The air nor heat works in the home and they say its the residents responsibility. They do not do pest control. I have had a messed up toilet for months and its still not fixed. While trying to get assistance for my rent, they did not care about sending information to the company that they needed to process the application. They dont respond to calls or emails. Billing/Collection Issues I reached out to Vinebrook letting them know that I applied for rental assistance payment on 4/30/22. Didn't receive no communication from them. I sent several emails about my situation. Only thing I got back was reminder emails that money is owed. Was told they were automated if account shows a balance. I understood that. Billing/Collection Issues Every utility bill Vinebrook Homes was responsible to pay of behalf of us tenets was late. Resulting in us tenets having to pay the late fees. We moved out of Vinebrook homes due to a rent increase of almost $300 on February 24th. Problems with Product/Service I've been a tenant at this address for almost 7 years. I never had an issue until Vinebrook bought this property. I was charged $75 for trash removal from the city of **********. I checked on the city website and realized the charge was for quarterly taxes and that the trash removal was through a 3rd party. I called and request to talk someone, no one ever returned my call but the charges was removed for the month of Jan. 2022. In February the charge appeared again. Problems with Product/Service I have not had heat or air conditioning for 2 months. I have filled out multiple work orders through email, mail, and phone calls. They said an HVAC company would reach out to me, but no one has. I have 2 small children.

Billing/Collection Issues The company i am leasing my home from is charging me a late fee bcs they claim i paid late. I provided them with the receipts that clearly show that i paid on May 4th. They charged me $50 and said i paid on the 5th when i actually paid on the 4th. I provided several pieces of proof with the date i paid and they are still trying to charge me the late fee. And i dont agree with this....ease help if possible

Problems with Product/Service I have put in maintenance request after maintenance request and they cancel it. It's been 3 months and this situation had not been fixed. I had the neighbors dogs break into my yard multiple times and tore up the gate, killed two of my neighbors cats, broke the gate across the street in my other neighbors yard, and ate the wires to my outside cooling unit. Problems with Product/Service I moved into one of Vinebooks homes and on my first day of move in someone tore out all the light fixtures and I had wires everywhere the toilet seat was broke,the sink was stopped up and the shower faucets was stopped to where the water ranked constantly this was on my first day the electrician came out and said the house was not ready for me to move in so on the third day I was asking them for my 1,700 back and they said they would send someone to fix everything but I was not getting any money... read more
