Problems with Product/Service Terrible. A simple google search for their reviews show how big of a problem this housing agency is. They are not fixing any problem you report. I reported water damage and black mold early 2021, was told “oh sorry, we will have to tear the house down to fix it, please just mop down here after it rains” HAHAHA. Problems with Product/Service Central HVAC went out last week and I have been trying g to get in touch with someone from Vinebrook Homes for service without a result. I have a dog that stays inside while I'm at work and needs the AC never mind trying to sleep in a hothouse after a 12 hr day. In the morning waking up to a house that is 50 degrees and having to shower before work is not enjoyable at all.
Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook is supposed to pay the water bill as described in the lease agreement. They have failed to pay it and now my water has been shut off. Emailed customer service, no response. Called the main number, only had my information taken down to be contacted later. This is illegal, vinebrook is not holding up their end of the lease agreement. My whole building has not had water for over twenty-four hours. Insane. And no contact from them, I have no idea when I’ll have water again.
Problems with Product/Service After move in to **** ******** *****, identified the potential of black mold from a bathtub leak. Personally, hired top rated company to perform a whole home analysis. On a scale of 1-300 (300 is the worst) several *****s throughout the home test above 250 and the nursery for my 20 month old tested 299. Billing/Collection Issues I moved into a Vinebrook home in April of 2021. Received a water bill throw there portal. I called them 2 and emailed them 3 times because I hadn't received a water bill. Here it is April 2022 I get a email from Vinebrook tell me I owe them money for a water bill. Never received a water bill since I been here. I called and emailed them and got no response back. Problems with Product/Service For the past couple of months I’ve been complaining about my house getting wet during the rain and mold forming in my bathroom. One Of Vinebrook Homes LLC Maintenance Men called me last week and stated he was coming to my home to treat the mold in bathroom , I Waited TWO DAYS FOR HIM his name Was ***** & He Never Showed ! Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook is the 4th management company to oversee my property since 2015, and I've been month-to-month since 2017. Billing/Collection Issues I am a current resident with Vinebrook. I was an original resident with Conrex and sadly Vinebrook bought them out, it has been down hill ever since. I have always paid on time and have had no issues. I recently hit a hard time and received rental assistance through Community Action Agency. Problems with Product/Service On 3/16/2022 I submitted a application for a rental home through RPM management of the Midlands. One of the requirements was a rental varication from my current landlord which is Vinebrook homes. I provided them with an email address and a telephone number in order to obtain this information. On 3/18/22 RPM reached back out and stated that they were unable to verify my rental history due to no response from Vinebrook homes.
