Problems with Product/Service I signed a one year lease with VineBrook Homes, *********** ***** ******** that started January 2022. Total amount of move in expenses was $3,241. Guarenteed with payment, VineBrook Homes committed to providing me with a safe and livable home. On 01/03 I submitted a work order for a broken back porch light, which wasn't fixed until 03/12. On 01/07 I submitted a work order for a leaky washer valve that wasn't fixed until 3 weeks later. Within this timeframe, I had to spend over $150 to wash my cl... read more
Problems with Product/Service Vacated the property at the end of the lease February 15, 2022. Gave a proper notice. Turned in the keys and gave a forwarding address to the office on February 11, 2021. Have had no contact from Vinebrook about return of deposit or any contact at all. Have called multiple times asking for someone to contact us and have had no response. We require the return of the deposit and something in writing stating that we owe nothing.
Problems with Product/Service The company Vinebrooks homes is a complete scam!! Getting in touch with them is next to impossible! They took my security deposit and first rent and never provided me with all keys for the home! When trying to reach them they refuse to give you a actual number to the local office, in fact the person who showed me the property told me she could not talk to me anymore after the lease was done! Billing/Collection Issues I have been trying to get in contact with management pertaining to rent since the beginning of March. They are now threatening to evict me from the premises due to non payment, but I have been trying to make payment since the beginning of the month. Billing/Collection Issues I rented a house in Middletown from Vinebrook for over a year. Our water bill was anywhere from $200-350 A MONTH. I made multiple requests for someone to come out and look for a leak. No one followed up or showed up for these requests. Multiple attempts were made to make them aware of the issues and now I just received a $340 bill or a month that we were not even living the house so there is clearly a leak somewhere.
Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook Homes is the worse company to rent from and I would advise anyone who has the chance to stay away from vinebrook homes. Unfortunately I really didn't have the chance being that the original company I rented from has dissolved, which was also a slumlord (****** property management). Problems with Product/Service I have been trying to get in touch withe my landlord for over a month now to pay rent, with no response, and now I am being served an eviction notice forcing me to be out by monday.
Billing/Collection Issues I was living in a house on **** ******* *****, this company bought the property from a private landlord ***** *****. I received a check in the mail on 12/9/21 in the amount of $161.87. I have tried to cash this check on numerous occasions and have been unsuccessful. Advertising/Sales Issues Since day 1 Vinebrook took over for ******, I have had nothing but balance issue problems with Vinebrook. Money that they say I owe, which is in error on their part. They tried to collect on a water bill they say I owed to them directly but we paid water bill directly to company.
