Problems with Product/Service Yesterday 02/15, I received an email stating I was past due on my rent and needed to vacate my home by the 18th if it wasn't paid. I actually am completely paid up on all of my dues but they did not apply my first $525 deposit on my account and now they are stating I need to pay that plus a late fee or they will evict me. Billing/Collection Issues I have been renting a home from ****************************** for 4 years and I seem to be being forced out because the property manager refuses to acknowledge my request to fix the roof. Problems with Product/Service February 2021(move-in month) - filed a work order online for no hot water in the shower. They took more than 2 weeks to fix the issue. April 2021- filed a work order online for detached siding. It was approved but not repaired. February 3rd, 2022- Filed a work order online for damage to the house caused by ice, causing the patio to detach from the house. Advertising/Sales Issues I was charged $175 for painting the apartment I moved out of after 2 years. I was told that as long as I did not change the wall color I would I would not be charged a painting fee. I was also told that paint is supposed to last 3 years or else I would not have been charged. Billing/Collection Issues On Thursday, January 13th I filed a maintenance request for an issue regarding my bath tub. Billing/Collection Issues I've been living at this property since December 17th, 2021, and I haven't been able to live comfortably because the toilets and bathtubs are NOT WORKING, and water from the toilets is everywhere. Problems with Product/Service I called my landlord about a water notice on January 25th to let them know I received a letter about the water getting cut off on January 31st. Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook really needs to do better by the tenants they have especially paying tenants. I put in 2 emergency request 02/05/22 and the furnace going out. It is snow outside and below 15 degrees, extremely cold in the home with my 2 small children and my elderly mother. This is ridiculous and by far the worst company I've ever rented from.
