Billing/Collection Issues I rented a house in Middletown from Vinebrook for over a year. Our water bill was anywhere from $200-350 A MONTH. I made multiple requests for someone to come out and look for a leak. No one followed up or showed up for these requests. Multiple attempts were made to make them aware of the issues and now I just received a $340 bill or a month that we were not even living the house so there is clearly a leak somewhere.
Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook Homes is the worse company to rent from and I would advise anyone who has the chance to stay away from vinebrook homes. Unfortunately I really didn't have the chance being that the original company I rented from has dissolved, which was also a slumlord (****** property management). Problems with Product/Service I have been trying to get in touch withe my landlord for over a month now to pay rent, with no response, and now I am being served an eviction notice forcing me to be out by monday.
Billing/Collection Issues I was living in a house on **** ******* *****, this company bought the property from a private landlord ***** *****. I received a check in the mail on 12/9/21 in the amount of $161.87. I have tried to cash this check on numerous occasions and have been unsuccessful. Advertising/Sales Issues Since day 1 Vinebrook took over for ******, I have had nothing but balance issue problems with Vinebrook. Money that they say I owe, which is in error on their part. They tried to collect on a water bill they say I owed to them directly but we paid water bill directly to company. Problems with Product/Service Vinebrook purchases my home the beginning of feb 2021. I swiftly contacted them about a major power and foundation issue that the previous owner had professionally diagnosed and was in the process of canceling my lease. Fast forward a month later and over 10 calls ( they don't have a customer service number) no one has reached out to me or acknowledging my concerns. My only option is to contact a lawyer and use the courts.
Advertising/Sales Issues Where do you start with such a disgusting company. Furnace went out in September took them to November to fix. Their solution use a space heater. Fine. Well house catches fire per fire chief faulty wiring and furnace not being wired to its own circuit. Fast forward to February 1st big ice storm hits Cincinnati.
