Problems with Product/Service Vinebrook DOESN'T CARE On 5/31/2022 at 8:30 a.m. or so I left an Urgent maintenance request for a broken A/C unit. I waited until 11:30 a.m. to contact customer service to ensure that they received it and they did. Problems with Product/Service Washer drain backs up. 5th time reporting issue in 3 years. 2 previous attempts to snake drain unsuccessful. Last attempt 5-30-22 No contact since. Floods living room, kitchen and dining room. I hold hose at sink so washing 1 load doesnt take 2 hours or floods the house. Incomplete job Emergency. Bathtub faucet drips constantly. Problems with Product/Service A property belonging to vinebrook property has a very large tree fall into my back yard destroying the fence and covering over half of my yard it's impossible to speak with a actually employee they have a answering service they were very apologies and how this matter would be sent to a manager and they will be contacting me to get the problem rectify it's going on two months still waiting to hear from that manger
Problems with Product/Service This is the worst property management company. They do not care about the tenants. They do not fix issues in the home. The air nor heat works in the home and they say its the residents responsibility. They do not do pest control. I have had a messed up toilet for months and its still not fixed. Billing/Collection Issues I reached out to Vinebrook letting them know that I applied for rental assistance payment on 4/30/22. Didn't receive no communication from them. I sent several emails about my situation. Only thing I got back was reminder emails that money is owed. Was told they were automated if account shows a balance. I understood that. Billing/Collection Issues Every utility bill Vinebrook Homes was responsible to pay of behalf of us tenets was late. Resulting in us tenets having to pay the late fees. We moved out of Vinebrook homes due to a rent increase of almost $300 on February 24th. Problems with Product/Service I've been a tenant at this address for almost 7 years. I never had an issue until Vinebrook bought this property. I was charged $75 for trash removal from the city of **********. I checked on the city website and realized the charge was for quarterly taxes and that the trash removal was through a 3rd party. Problems with Product/Service I have not had heat or air conditioning for 2 months. I have filled out multiple work orders through email, mail, and phone calls. They said an HVAC company would reach out to me, but no one has. I have 2 small children.
