Billing/Collection Issues The company i am leasing my home from is charging me a late fee bcs they claim i paid late. I provided them with the receipts that clearly show that i paid on May 4th. They charged me $50 and said i paid on the 5th when i actually paid on the 4th. I provided several pieces of proof with the date i paid and they are still trying to charge me the late fee. And i dont agree with this....ease help if possible
Problems with Product/Service I have put in maintenance request after maintenance request and they cancel it. It's been 3 months and this situation had not been fixed. I had the neighbors dogs break into my yard multiple times and tore up the gate, killed two of my neighbors cats, broke the gate across the street in my other neighbors yard, and ate the wires to my outside cooling unit. Problems with Product/Service I moved into one of Vinebooks homes and on my first day of move in someone tore out all the light fixtures and I had wires everywhere the toilet seat was broke,the sink was stopped up and the shower faucets was stopped to where the water ranked constantly this was on my first day the electrician came out and said the house was not ready for me to move in so on the third day I was asking them for my 1,700 back and they said they would send someone to fix everything but I was not getting any money... read more
Problems with Product/Service I have submitted maintenance request with this company several times no response and it’s been up to 45 days now! I constantly send email to the customer service dept and nobody ever responds! They make sure they post the rent on time but when it comes to needing maintenance coming out it is absolutely horrible! Nobody ever responds to emails and I’m tired of it
Problems with Product/Service Vinebrook Homes bought out my previous rental company, Prager, in February of this year. In May of 2021, I informed Prager of a foundation and possible mold issue. After about 2 months, I stop paying rent and felt that I would pay when they resolved the issue. In August, I hired a licensed engineer to come out and inspect the property. He confirmed the mold. Billing/Collection Issues My family and I moved into a vinebrook home in 2017. transferred to another vinebrook home 2019. received our deposit back from the first home it was short by over half. The move out statement:srepaint as well as charged us for a water bill which had been paid by us. They also charged for an additional 3 full day. Eventually refunded the water bill. Billing/Collection Issues I am being evicted because of a balance that i do not owe. VineBrook does not have a customer service number or a local office that is open so that i can speak with someone. They also have almost $900 that i paid that they have not accounted for. They bought the property I'm renting anther company and refused to alllow me to resign my lease. Also i paid march 2022 rent and they say i still owe it.
Problems with Product/Service Vinebrook bought my home from a company in February 2022. Before I even signed a renewing lease with them, I told them about the issues in my home. I have several, bit my biggest one is the small pond I have in my yard from my sewage and the issues from the sewage! Problems with Product/Service Unprofessional nightmare. My lease ended on 4/18 without renewal. My storage wasn’t ready l yet, so I left items in the home until I can move them into a locked facility (no more than a week).
