Problems with Product/Service I am complaining about the company’s lack of maintenance on their property. This is the second time that our air conditioning has gone out. Problems with Product/Service I have been contacting vinebrook with issues and seeking explanation about my rent charges in an attempt to be proactive and take care of my bill. Problems with Product/Service I have a problem with the HVAC not cooling the house. It seemed that there was less air in the vents. I crawled under the house to inspect the duct work, and found a soccer ball sized hole that had rotted away. I then filed an online maintenance request on 6/1/2022 and a technician arrived on 6/2/2022. I showed the maintenance person where I saw the hole in the duct. Billing/Collection Issues Vinebrook homes mistakenly paid my water bill which I paid more than two weeks prior. They than add the amount to my rent and turned off the only way I paid my rent. Problems with Product/Service Hi, I would to submit a request to speak with management (******), regarding ongoing maintenance issues at **** ******** ******, **********, *******. Moving into the property I have had to move out due to Spire not cuttings the heat on due to flames coming from the Hot Water tank. Problems with Product/Service Vinebrook homes is PREDATORY. They bought the building I was living in, took over the lease and then told me they were terminating the lease. They told me I had thirty days to decide if I would sign a lease with them or move out. Problems with Product/Service Vinebrook DOESN'T CARE On 5/31/2022 at 8:30 a.m. or so I left an Urgent maintenance request for a broken A/C unit. I waited until 11:30 a.m. to contact customer service to ensure that they received it and they did. Problems with Product/Service Washer drain backs up. 5th time reporting issue in 3 years. 2 previous attempts to snake drain unsuccessful. Last attempt 5-30-22 No contact since.
