Problems with Product/Service Vinebrook purchases my home the beginning of feb 2021. I swiftly contacted them about a major power and foundation issue that the previous owner had professionally diagnosed and was in the process of canceling my lease. Fast forward a month later and over 10 calls ( they don't have a customer service number) no one has reached out to me or acknowledging my concerns. My only option is to contact a lawyer and use the courts.
Advertising/Sales Issues Where do you start with such a disgusting company. Furnace went out in September took them to November to fix. Their solution use a space heater. Fine. Well house catches fire per fire chief faulty wiring and furnace not being wired to its own circuit. Fast forward to February 1st big ice storm hits Cincinnati. I paid FedEx overnight priority shipping arrive at 8am with an adult signature required. Advertising/Sales Issues So I am a current vinebrook renter and I haven't asked for much over the 3 years we have been living in the home. We designed even though there are a lot of issues that after being a long time renter they would be more open to satisfy requests for someone to get what they really have been looking for. Problems with Product/Service Received a 1099-nec from Vinebrook Homes for 2021 for $1320. They are saying that they applied it to my bank account and I need to refund the money since I received it in a wire transfer. First of all, I did NOT work for them in 2021. I also have received NO money transfers from them. I have been through my statements for all of 2021 just to be sure. They told me to ignore the 1099 when I file my taxes. Billing/Collection Issues I just moved in **** ****** **** ********* ** *****and Vinebrook has handled this whole lease unprofessionally. 1. They never supplied a trash can for their rental home for me to use. They said I have to purchase it. I dont recall that being in the lease 2. Billing/Collection Issues My tree fell down on Friday have called vinebrook seems like they didn't care & the maintenance guy called me told me that it wasn't his problem since it fell on a cable line called my cable company they came out to confirm it was their line & said vinebrook would have to remove it. Guarantee/Warranty Issues I'm a renter and Vinebrook Homes have refused to repair necessary things in my home now me and my family is facing homelessness because my rental assistance company is going to force me to move because they are stopping payments because the repairs haven't been made and it's going on four months
Problems with Product/Service I was given a call by Vinebrook Homes after moving out regarding my security deposit being returned to me. The representative asked for my new mailing address to which I gave her my current address. After almost a month of not seeing anything in my mail I decided to go to my old address to check and the check was delivered there. Problems with Product/Service Please be aware of Vinebrook Homes. This company has fail me on several occasions now to get the issue resolved with my plumbing. I have raw sewage coming from my main line in my house. This has cause the basement, storage area and my half finished basement to flood.
