Problems with Product/Service First issue is house maintenance. The company would not respond or keep up with our maintenance request. Notice would not be given at all and they would call when they pulled into the place. During the last six months, we put a ticket into their system following their chain of command to no success and never got the house maintenance as requested. Problems with Product/Service The issue started with the shower head being broke. They came to fix that. Now when you turn water on in the shower and let the water out the sewer drain is backing up with feces and piss. Now when you run the shower on in the toilet down stairs overs floods with water and shit. We are unable to take a shower and use the restroom down stairs. I
Billing/Collection Issues This company is VERY hard to get they to fix maintence issues with my place. On Thursday I filled out a work order for the sewer backup. Then i called on Friday, Saturday, Monday and today each day they said someone will get in touch with me and i haven't got a call yet. it has been 6 day and i cant wash my clothes take a shower or use the bathroom. Billing/Collection Issues Feb 2021 I went into Lease agreement with Vinebrooke Homes. In September 2021 I recieved rental assistance from Indy RENT. I was told the beginning of Oct that I had breast cancer. After coming home from staying with family i notice Mold all over my couch. I than notice mold growing from out of the carpets. Billing/Collection Issues I rent from this company and they have been a truly awful business, There is never anyone to get ahold of from the company. When I went up to the office to speak to someone about terminating my lease due to living conditions they were absolutely rude! This company needs to be shut down the reviews on google tell all... Billing/Collection Issues I am a professional that gross over $100,000 a year. I have my MBA and specialize in Business, I say this because Vinebrook Homes LLC is a poorly ran business. It is unfortunate that that this business see their tenants as uneducated tenants that do not know their rights as a tenant. Problems with Product/Service I moved into this property in January 2021. Since I moved in, we've had several issues with this company. They refuse to take care of our larger maintenance issues. Our basement floods, everything in our basement is ruined. Our main drain has been clogged since before we moved in, every time we run our washer it doesn't drain due to the clog and therefore has ruined my brand new washer and dryer. Billing/Collection Issues Our property management will not renew our lease and gave us a notice to vacate because of too many late payments. We originally signed a lease with ****** but the property was sold to Vinebrook Homes. Vinebrook gave us a call to inform us of this and also told me that they would be honoring ******'s lease. Billing/Collection Issues I put in a Maintenance Request for VineBrook homes for Clogged shower drain (Which was backed up for 3 days) & for Squirrels entering my roof thru the house .
