Problems with Product/Service First I was given a move out notice with no real reason. My rent at *** ********* drive was always on time. The home had been sold to so many times I was not sure who I should sign a new lease with so the former owners assured me a month to month was fine until I had contact with VineBrook homes. Advertising/Sales Issues I still have not been contacted back by the utilities department, or anyone at all from vinebrook, in well over a week now and it is keeping me from being able to pay my rent, due to them not removing a utility bill from my account, and unlocking my payment option. Billing/Collection Issues On Nov 9th I witness a snake going inside my home I rent from Vinebrook through the roof of my house. I have pictures and footage of the snake. I contacted them they came out and sealed part of my house up with foam without putting something down. Problems with Product/Service Wrongful eviction filed, unable to reach corporate or anyone who can resolve this issue correctly. The next step is to retain a lawyer. My lease ended 10/17 I left the home 9/30, prior to that I replied to the numerous automatic emails saying I will not renew my lease yet still received docu signs to resign the lease. Problems with Product/Service First issue is house maintenance. The company would not respond or keep up with our maintenance request. Notice would not be given at all and they would call when they pulled into the place. During the last six months, we put a ticket into their system following their chain of command to no success and never got the house maintenance as requested. Problems with Product/Service The issue started with the shower head being broke. They came to fix that. Now when you turn water on in the shower and let the water out the sewer drain is backing up with feces and piss. Now when you run the shower on in the toilet down stairs overs floods with water and shit. We are unable to take a shower and use the restroom down stairs. I
Billing/Collection Issues This company is VERY hard to get they to fix maintence issues with my place. On Thursday I filled out a work order for the sewer backup. Then i called on Friday, Saturday, Monday and today each day they said someone will get in touch with me and i haven't got a call yet. it has been 6 day and i cant wash my clothes take a shower or use the bathroom.
