Problems with Product/Service We moved out of our Vinebrook house on 7/15/21, after living there the entirety of our lease. We were never late paying rent, always paid in full, and never submitted a work order. We fixed problems our selves. On 8/13/21 when I received our check for a small portion of our deposit, I emailed Jessica Kruse and asked who I could call regarding discrepancies I had. Billing/Collection Issues Air conditioner went out Tuesday overnight into Wednesday 9/1. Filled a maintenance request online. Called several times over the next two days as the unit is freezing into the furnace now. No one has returned calls, no one has called us. I have a newborn and a toddler who are both miserable inside out home as it is 85 plus degrees in here.
Problems with Product/Service I've been living at my home under a different management company up until March 1st of 2021 when Vinebrook Homes took over management. Since then I've had several issues. One of my current issues is the rental assistance that I've been approved for under ****************'s program has not been applied to my account. Billing/Collection Issues Over the past month VINEBROOK homes sent someone to cut the grass in the house yard TWICE to comply with ************** regulations without my knowledge and they are now charging me 250 for both. I had already mowed the lawn and trimmed the hedges and it's illegal to do this without my knowledge and then charge me that much. I can't get in contact with anyone through email or phone. It's horrible I physically can't find a way to communicate with a human being.
Billing/Collection Issues Bathroom floor has become week due to a possible water leak. This problem has been going on for about 3 months. The service manager keeps having contractors make appointments and they never show up. Per lease agreement paragraph 6 #9 (b) floor is in a dangerous condition.

I was told it was against policy but I could add an individual on as a "roommate" but my name would have to remain on the lease even though I would not be occupying it. I asked if at the end of the lease term that she would be able to resign without me, she said I would have to resign again in order for her to remain living there even though they know it would not be my residence. Problems with Product/Service Our new apartment complex sent out a rental verification email to vinebrook homes August 25, 2021 and again on August 27, 2021 but there still has been no response and we need this to be done so we can acquire our new place.
Problems with Product/Service I am a new resident of Vinebrook homes (lease signed 8.19.21) I discoved the AC was not working and filed a maintaince request on 8.20.21. The maintaince man was out on Monday and advised that he could not fix the unit and that an actual HVAC company Climate Kings would be contacting me shortly to come and fix the unit as of 8.26.21 I have not heard from anyone and all of my calls and emails have not been returned. Problems with Product/Service My application was approved by ******* ****** for me and my adult son to relocate from *** *********** ** *********** ** XXXXX to *** ****** ** ******** **** ** on September 1, 2021. I have been unable to reach her or her assistant ******* ****** to sign a lease and pay my security deposit and 1st months rent.
