Advertising/Sales Issues I've been having issues with this Company and the utility charges. We came to an agreement in March, where I would pay the utilities directly, as Vinebrook homes put a note on my door stating they received a bill for 641.94, and if I didnt pay the balance, it would be cut off. Advertising/Sales Issues Vinebrook sends threatening emails before you've even missed a payment, they aren't helpful when you try to fix the problem. They send new fees every day so when you send them a money order with what you owe they send it back because they've already added more to it and refuse to take a partial payment even if what you sent was correct at the time of you sending it. Problems with Product/Service I have been renting a house from Vinebrook since January 2021. My lease is scheduled to be renewed this year. Problems with Product/Service Vinebrook Homes recently bought the house I currently live in from another property management company. I have had multiple issues with Vinebrook mostly due to lack of communication or concern.
