Service or Repair Issues On June 25th at night. I put in a service request ********. Me and my children and pets have been in 90° weather. No one has even came out to look at it. Service status keep getting assigned a tech and then schedule back-and-forth almost a week. I even contact the customer service and no one response how is somebody supposed to live?? It’s to hot ac should be an emergency and hot weather like this. I just wanna be comfortable with my children and pets
