I would give it 5 stars if I could reject a call when it is ringing. All you can do is slide to answer or mute the ringer. Would also like it to pop up on my Apple Watch as a call so I could mute or reject from there.
Unlike Vonage’s other app, this one can’t handle a comma for a pause and then more digits. It would be amazing to be able to save a conference call number with a pause and then the PIN to dial-in with one touch.
Most of the times on the international call the receiver doesn't hear my voice. I am really tired of this. Will have to unregistered from Vonage very soon.
It has been a crazy month of using Vonage. It hangs and needs a hard reset of the phone each time you wanna make a call. It still does.
I’ve had Vonage for many years and it has always performed well but the last 6 months it’s been very unpredictable. I use to get a phone call at my number and it would ring multiple times. Our cell phones would also show the number that was calling the house. Now it rings one time and goes to a voicemail that we never get to hear. Always disturbance in the voice and rarely connect. I am contemplating to even keep Vonage with me or not.
Voice not clear and it’s take long time to connect international call
If I’m playing music to my HomePod from my iPhone and a Vonage call comes in, if I try to answer the call the audio routing is all screwed up. I can’t change it in the call screen. Audio comes out of the HomePod and who knows which microphone is used. The other party can’t hear me. Only fix is to hang up, stop the music, then call them back. Super frustrating. Started happening recently. Maybe an iOS 13 issue or related to a recent Vonage update.
This app is a great idea, but it just doesn’t detect all incoming calls. Our home answering machine is set to answer after six rings, and occasionally I will find a message on it and no indication at all in this app that a call came in, even though my iPhone was nearby the whole time. Other times, it works just as you would expect, ringing my iPhone at the same time the house phone rings. Just too inconsistent to be useful. What use is an app that works only part of the time?
