It’s been more than a year an update ever happened. App is super slow, having stability issues, isn’t compatible yet with iPhone X even after Apple insisted the compatibility & lastly no new features. Have been thinking do I even need a Vonage number.
It dropped connection
The app does not mute the current audio playing on my iPhone when I answer an incoming call.
Cannot save manually dialed numbers. No way to copy/paste or simply add contact.
I use the extensions app on iPhone X with iOS 11.4 (latest app version and iOS version). When I open the app for the first time, it works very well. After completing the call, when I hit the home button and go to something else such as email or safari or another app and then come back to Vonage app again, the app becomes non responsive to touch and is basically frozen. Hang up very frequently on iPhone but works fine on Android. iPhone users better avoid this extensions app.
I used to love the convenience of this app but there have been so many OS updates on the phone but not a single update to the app. The performance has really gone down - poor call quality, I dial and wait for almost a min to realize nothing is happening with the call, the calls drop for now reason and I suddenly lose the caller on the other side.
