Reliable solution, Great implementation - Great help by Damien Numan I recently started using Vonage Open CTI for my business, and I am thoroughly impressed with the reliability of the platform. Damien Numan He’s been really helpful with getting our new Payment IVR set up, provided clear updates and been proactive with fixing an issue that cropped up on the new IVR. He also got a new report set up under Analytics for us and gave a details breakdown on it all (Which saved me a bit of a job). Honestly couldn’t fault him and he was a pleasure to speak to.
