The team at Wag always takes the best care of my pup, Coco! Coco is generally very shy and reserved, but she's been thriving ever since spending more time with Kristalyn, Sarai, and the whole Wag crew. They're incredibly patient, attentive, communicative and nurturing with Coco and I always know I'm in good hands when I need to leave my pup behind for an afternoon or weekend. Stanley has been coming to SF Wag Hotel for 8yrs this Sept. Stanley is a triple rescue, after my best friend died I got Stanley & knowing that he is cared for and loved is priceless. Working long hours in my job, I know Stanley is safe & happy! His favorite things are running around the roof top & getting all the attention from the staff. I love bringing my pup, Sama, to this location. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and they show such an incredible amount of care, affection, and enthusiasm for Sama every time she comes in. Knowing she's being tended to in this manner relieves so much potential stress and I can just focus on my day at work while my little one can play, socialize, and make new friends!

What can I say. Not too many can take on our 110 lb American Bully XL puppy with tons of energy. Upon entry there were handlers excited to welcome him. This was our first time boarding him. We looked forward to our daily updates and photos of his interactions available through the app. We will definitely use Wag again in the future.

I love this place. The aesthetic of the building is very posh and lighting is great! The doggies always come out strutting their stuff after a long day off play. Pricing is nice considering other places charge much more for similar services. Staff takes their time to get to know the guest's personally, and the doggies are always excited at drop off! Keep it up guys!

5 stars for sure! It will be a year in May I first brought my senior pug to Wag Hotel SF. It started off with boarding for a few days due to an upcoming vacation. I was nervous leaving him due to his separation anxiety. I didn't hear anything while away and came back to a good report card.
