My pup and I LOVE Wag San Francisco!! Staff are all wonderful, attentive and great caregivers for my fur baby! They always send updates (including photos) and have great amenities like Nest Cams, doggy spa and some special activities to keep the doggos entertained. My dog has severe separation anxiety and I don't trust ANYONE to keep her safe except for Wag San Francisco. Even after moving to the east bay, we still come back for boarding. Thanks Wag friends! We love you!!!!

Kind caring staff that really do take care of my dog, as difficult as he is sometimes. Requested report cards are sometimes light on detail, but I can always ask the staff for more info and some of the handlers are very detailed which is appreciated.

I took my dog here for the All Day Play and it was a great experience! The staff are very friendly and professional and my dog had a great time playing with the other dogs. I would definitely come back

A wonderful resource! The friendly and accommodating front desk staff and the caring, sensitive people who handle our 2 large dogs are all kind and helpful. We've been using Wag Hotels SF for our last 4 dogs (10+ years) for day care, overnight boarding, and long-term boarding; and we feel secure knowing our pets will be handled with care. My friend recommended me to come see George to take my 10-month year old puppy that has never had a haircut. It was a bit of a drive coming down from Oakland, but totally worth it! I had an amazing experience. I also liked that George was easy in the eyes ;) ayyy.

SF Wag Hotel has been great to our little 6 month old puppy! They have provided additional socialization during this critical stage with both dogs and people -- she is still learning how to moderate her energy, and their attentive staff have been able to work with us to find the right balance of time with all day play vs. alone time. I'm not much on writing reviews but when it comes to my dogs I expect nothing but the best which is why I'm here writing this review. Moving to California as a single mom with 3 big dogs a cat and a 5 year old was so very nerve racking and the moving in process, well you can only imagine.
