Wag has been a god send for us and our pups! The hotel is great, the facilities are top notch, and the staff is outstanding. Our pups always feel cared for and safe and treated like family. I cannot recommend more highly. They are the best!

The team at wag are the very best, my partner and I got two rescues. The whole team knows their names and as soon as we walk by the door they already have everything set up for a smooth handoff! I rest assured that when my pup are at wag they are loved and well taken care of! Thank you Francisco, Erica, Kelly, knowledge, Lisette, Walter, Ivan, Anthony, I hope that I am not missing anyone!

My dogs were boarded for the very first time over Thanksgiving week. I was so nervous about this experience because it was their first time and one dog can be a pain sometimes. Firstly, on my tour, the staff was so reassuring about the playgroups and their protocols for play. It eased my mind so much to know the staff had so much training and experience. I had my 3 dogs boarded in a room for a longterm about 10 days. I could tell that they liked staying in there. All the staffs were very friendly, and helpful. It was easy to make a prompt reservation, and check on them about their daily routines by calling. I am sure my dogs liked playing in daily group sessions with other dogs. I appreciate all the staffs for taking care of my dogs well, so I could worry less.

We've been boarding at Wag Hotel SF since around 2008. They've always cared well for our fur boys, starting with our two beagles and now with our beagliers. Even when our beagles entered their senior years and became ill, Wag Hotel SF staff took great care of them under their Special Care service.
