This review is for the spa: My pup loves his grooms with Molly! We recently heard that she's furthering her skills in a dog grooming specialty school. She really cares deeply about her craft and it's clear that she loves dogs... and mine loves her too. He always leaves looking clean, handsome, and smelling wonderful. Most importantly, he is always in good spirits when Molly brings him out to me from the spa... I know he's always in good, loving, capable hands. This last time I picked up my lil guy from Wag hotels here in SF, I was impressed by the woman who brought him up from the back for me!!! Her name was Crystalinne and she provided very detailed answers to all my questions I asked. She recalled my dogs behavior during the play groups, what he liked to do the most while playing, , even let me know about the few girlfriends he plays with every time he's here lol. Wag has been a god send for us and our pups! The hotel is great, the facilities are top notch, and the staff is outstanding. Our pups always feel cared for and safe and treated like family. I cannot recommend more highly. They are the best!

The team at wag are the very best, my partner and I got two rescues. The whole team knows their names and as soon as we walk by the door they already have everything set up for a smooth handoff! My dogs were boarded for the very first time over Thanksgiving week. I was so nervous about this experience because it was their first time and one dog can be a pain sometimes. Firstly, on my tour, the staff was so reassuring about the playgroups and their protocols for play. It eased my mind so much to know the staff had so much training and experience.
