They have taken care of my Sheba for months now and I'm impressed how she comes out running to me and knowing she had a good time playing with the other Fur babies. Thanks staff

I had my 3 dogs boarded in a room for a longterm about 10 days. I could tell that they liked staying in there. All the staffs were very friendly, and helpful. It was easy to make a prompt reservation, and check on them about their daily routines by calling. I am sure my dogs liked playing in daily group sessions with other dogs. I appreciate all the staffs for taking care of my dogs well, so I could worry less.

We've been boarding at Wag Hotel SF since around 2008. They've always cared well for our fur boys, starting with our two beagles and now with our beagliers. Even when our beagles entered their senior years and became ill, Wag Hotel SF staff took great care of them under their Special Care service.

TL;DR Decent for when you are in a last min pinch. But there are so many privately owned doggy day cares in the Bay Area with better service, prices, and attention for our furry friend. Wouldn't recommend and only would bring my dog here again as a last resort. -- Our regular day care was booked for the summer so we were scrambling to find day care for our french bulldog as we were at Outside Lands. Wag Hotels is awesome! They have always taken great care of my boy whenever we need help. Carlos is wonderful to work with and is great with the dogs. The facilities seem clean, but four stars because last time I picked my dog up, he came home with pink eye. Highly recommend this facility for even just an all day play drop off for your dog!

I had a great experience with Wag Hotel in San Francisco. The people that work there are friendly and helpful and I could tell that my dog enjoyed the play visit. I plan to use this hotel the next time I need overnight boarding.

I recently boarded my dog at the facility in San Francisco. I found the staff to be professional, warm and caring, and reasonably efficient. I could tell the front desk was under a little pressure to handle the volume but they did so gracefully. It is clean and modern, with a nice pull-in area for cars like a hotel would have.
