My dog Daisy is a frequent flier at Wag Hotels for their All Day Play program and I boarded her for the first time here for the week and she had a great time. It was nice to be able to check in on her on the cameras and I know the staff here took great care of her. It was the longest time I'd been away from her since I adopted her and I was so thankful that she was happy and clean when I picked her up! Shout Out To Wags!! I left my dear loved (Dog) Pepper at the San Francisco Wags Hotel location from December 22-26. It was the best decision I've ever made. David and his team were beyond kind, assertive, professional and treated Pepper like the prince he is. The front desk peps give off a sense of warmth & kindness. Fantastic first Wag experience this weekend. My year-old rescue, Woody, did all day play Saturday and Sunday. I set up his profile ahead of time and uploaded all his vaccination information, etc. I was a bit nervous since I've never left him anywhere; I've only had him three months and it's my first dog. Drop off and pick up was a breeze, and he came home tuckered out. The best was Sunday morning though, I was worried he would resist going in to Wag. This was by far the best stay my puppie has ever had... she was in great care I was able to check in on her Via video ,give her trats and talk to her all from my phone ... the staff is amazing as well as the manager Tiffany 5star I highly recommend this facility if u need to drop ur dog.... !!!!!!!

My partner and I once tried boarding a former cat companion at Wag and it didn't work out due to a policy they have around animals that are recovering from surgery. We adopted a new cat last year, and now that travel is an option again, have boarded him twice at Wag. Despite our former experience, we've had pretty good experiences more recently. I've been taking my dogs here for over a year now and it's probably has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. My dogs get to play with other dogs all day long and when I pick them up, my dogs are tired. The team there has been good, there has been a transition of people and there were a couple hiccups, but the manager Mike has been really on top of it to ensure his customers are satisfied. This review is so long overdue...not because I don't know what to say but because I don't know how to say all the positive things I can say and keep it concise but still mention the amazing gift these people and this place has been for my dog who is deaf and well...can be problematic. While on vacation in Maui, my dog sitter got overwhelmed with my puppy and panicked. I decided to call in the troops and see if wag could take her last minute. Not only did they immediately find accommodations for her, but they picked her up for me so my sitter didn't have to stress. I think this is an okay option for boarding in the city. I was a bit disappointed that the video cameras in the hotel were never on when I checked the app during my dog's stay. I had anticipated getting some form of progress report or summary of how she did during the visit. I was a bit concerned that her favorite squeaky toy was soaked in urine when I picked her up. I give it a slightly higher rating because when my dog was brought out, she clearly liked the staff person, which is not an easy thing to accomplish with my dog... read more
