TL;DR Decent for when you are in a last min pinch. But there are so many privately owned doggy day cares in the Bay Area with better service, prices, and attention for our furry friend. Wouldn't recommend and only would bring my dog here again as a last resort. -- Our regular day care was booked for the summer so we were scrambling to find day care for our french bulldog as we were at Outside Lands. Wag Hotels is awesome! They have always taken great care of my boy whenever we need help. Carlos is wonderful to work with and is great with the dogs. The facilities seem clean, but four stars because last time I picked my dog up, he came home with pink eye. Highly recommend this facility for even just an all day play drop off for your dog!

I had a great experience with Wag Hotel in San Francisco. The people that work there are friendly and helpful and I could tell that my dog enjoyed the play visit. I plan to use this hotel the next time I need overnight boarding.

I recently boarded my dog at the facility in San Francisco. I found the staff to be professional, warm and caring, and reasonably efficient. I could tell the front desk was under a little pressure to handle the volume but they did so gracefully. It is clean and modern, with a nice pull-in area for cars like a hotel would have. In a busy location like San Francisco, this really relieved the stress of locating parking and dealing with unloading stuff and checking my pet in. Honestly the best daycare/boarding ever. No exaggeration. I was looking for a doggie daycare that was open very early since I start work early. Wag is the only daycare that is open 24/7. I'm able to drop off at 5am and can pick up anytime before midnight. Not only are they convenient with hours, but they are also great with the dogs. My dog has terrible anxiety and it was very difficult to find a daycare that he genuinely enjoys. The staff is great. There were a few times services were not done that were requested via online. But, I believe they were busy and may have missed the request. It is best to go over the services at drop off with the front desk.
Had to take a quick trip this week so I was able to bring my dogs here for overnight care. so far so good. prices are a bit high but I like the people that work here and the good attitudes. Wwhen I pick them up I hope they're happy to see me.... It looks like they're going to have a blast.
They were able to get me in last minute and took really great care of my dog. They are open 24/7 for pickup and drop off, which is super convenient. When I picked up my baby she was happy to see me but not stressed out. Would definitely board my dog here again.
