Dusty, my cocker spaniel, has been a years long term customer of WAG, and has also stayed at the N Hollywood location and loves both! He will definitely be back, and comes home in the best mood. Wag's a really great dog hotel.

I read the article in the San Francisco Chronicle today and I could not disagree more. We have used the San Francisco location for many years and have never been disappointed. Everyone has their own unique experience, but ours has always been pleasant. Really, a front page article trying to ruin this business. It must have been a very slow news week.

I am updating this review after picking up my dog. I removed a previous one-star review and replaced with a three-star because David at Wag SF went above and beyond to help improve my experience. Bottom line: unfortunately - and this is not my usual approach - you have to push HARD for them to pay any attention to you or your dog. It's a beautiful space up front, but after they take your dog they toss him or her in a kennel and you never hear from them again. A year ago I was very close to being done with Wag hotel, even though there are limited options for dog daycare and boarding in the city. However, with new management and recent renovations, Wags has redeemed itself for me and my dog, Bowie! The staff is so friendly and make an effort to remember my dog's name for check in/out and I can tell he loves the care he receives there. Fantastic place! All of the staff are amazing and they treat all of the dogs like their own. Yeah it's a little pricey but so is every other daycare in the city. I highly recommend SF Wag Hotels!

SUPER awesome place, my pup always comes home knackered out and happy. Pick up and drop off is also streamlined so I'm charged automatically & during the day I can check in on camera to see how she's doing! They're having a weeklong special with free daycare til July 21st, can't recommend enough!

Mad Max and I have been coming to Wag for years. I recently moved to Healdsburg. Sonoma County is in desperate need of Wag!!! There is little in the way of pet care/day stay / boarding. Personally, I would raise one Windsor and/or Santa Rosa. Come on Wag - You can do it!!! :-))

Where to start! Wag SF is the absolute best. The second we turn down their street my little pup jumps up and can't wait to get out of the car and into daycare. He's my fur baby, and I only take him to places I explicitly trust. Nothing makes me feel better than knowing he's loved, safe, and well taken care of when he's not with me. He's been coming to daycare for the last year and half and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Best experience I've had at wag hotels! I'm a first timer at wag hotels SF, and am so grateful for a positive experience. Manager David and other employees like Eryn are amazing! It's great there are live cams on the app and I can tell workers really love dogs and care for my pet. My dog is always happy being dropped off and picked up, can't thank you enough!
