Francisco is hands down the best groomer in SF!!! we bring our dog Auggie there and he always comes back looking amazing and so happy! we can tell he really loves Francisco. he always sends adorable photos and videos, which not only makes me feel great as a dog parent, but also shows how much he cares! Cannot recommend him enough!!

Francisco is amazing! He is truly a dog lover. He has so much patience. My dog that is very anxious learned to trust Francisco because he didn't give up on my dog. Now Francisco is one of the few people that can hold him and pet him and the best part, to groom him! We have used Wag SF for daycare for our dog for the past 2 years we have probably used at least 60-70 visits during that time. We have also done daycare at other places in the Bay Area, so it helps us see how things are done at other places and how Wag compares to them. Things we love: - The waived late pickup fee that comes with a package is amazing! We often work late or want to go out with friends after work and it gives us the flexibility to do so and not scramble to pick him up by 7pm. This has been a lifesaver for us!... read more

I have been taking my dog Teddy to Wag for years... Francisco is an excellent groomer and he does really well with Teddy, who can be fussy and does not like baths. he always comes out looking stylish and very clean! thank you!

Wag has been absolutely amazing to our lil girl Elvira. I know she can be a bit of a handful, but the team at Wag have gone above and beyond to keep her comfortable and happy. Big shout out to Francisco the groomer who knocks it out of the park with his work. She went in long and shaggy and came back to us beautiful and happy. She is an energetic dog and that can be a lot to handle, which makes Francisco's work even more impressive. Thank you everyone at Wag who helps put our minds and ease and makes Elvira happy.

Francisco is the best groomer my dog has ever had. He takes such special care of my dog Cleo every time she sees him once every 3-4 weeks. His attention to detail is meticulous and he sends video updates of all the extras such as teeth brushing and nails. My dog loves him and I feel relaxed knowing he takes such good care of her every time. Her grooms also last the longest, she doesn't shed for weeks after seeing Francisco! Highly recommend him he's the best team member at Wag hotel!

This review is for the best groomer we have ever had for any of our dogs! Francisco has been grooming our newest pups, Standard Poodles George & Monty, since they were puppies. They are now almost 4. He is not only a very talented and attentive groomer, he communicates so well about what type of grooming is requested. Francisco goes above and beyond in how much he really cares for our pups. Our little maltese Renzo has been groomed at The Wag Hotel and it is with Francisco that we have seen that our little one has looked handsomer than ever. Franciso cares about your pet and will do an amazing job. He is precise as he cuts Renzo's hair so well. We trust how he handles our little Prince. I highly recommend Francisco.
