My dog loves coming here! The staff is extremely nice and send the best pics of my dog during her stay. 10/10 recommend.

What can I say. Not too many can take on our 110 lb American Bully XL puppy with tons of energy. Upon entry there were handlers excited to welcome him. This was our first time boarding him. We looked forward to our daily updates and photos of his interactions available through the app. We will definitely use Wag again in the future.

I love this place. The aesthetic of the building is very posh and lighting is great! The doggies always come out strutting their stuff after a long day off play. Pricing is nice considering other places charge much more for similar services. Staff takes their time to get to know the guest's personally, and the doggies are always excited at drop off! Keep it up guys!

5 stars for sure! It will be a year in May I first brought my senior pug to Wag Hotel SF. It started off with boarding for a few days due to an upcoming vacation. I was nervous leaving him due to his separation anxiety. I didn't hear anything while away and came back to a good report card. I live 40 mins away from wags hotel in Sf and I drove all the way over there because there's no other service like the one George provides here at wags. There's 2 wags near my area but my dog doesn't like getting groomed so I've been having a hard time finding a grooming place where he's comfortable & he is comfy with George. He made him look super cute! & the service is GREAT. Will happily keep coming here & definitely recommend to everyone! So happy!

My dog beans comes 3-4 times a week. Love it here! Always efficient with pick up and drop off.

The Wag is the only doggy daycare that I trust. My dogs have come back traumatized from other dog daycare facilities. I know that my dogs are well cared for at the Wag. It's expensive, but I appreciate them so much. Thanks for always taking great of my bebes.
