Wag SF has always been wonderful for me and my two fur babies! They work hard to make sure not only my pups are comfortable but also this over bearing dog mom & I love the personalized touch we get with photos!

I recently brought my dog Twass whom along with myself were extremely pleased with everything Wag Hotel in San Francisco had to offer! Every time I travel with Twass which is all the time and everywhere, He needs time for himself so when in San Francisco. Do what the Frisco dog and cat owners do. Take them to Wag Hotel!

I am writing to let you know that my dog Bandit was groomed at WAG SF this past weekend in their new facility off the lobby of the hotel. He had the "Shed-less" groom. Can I say it was the best groom he has had. I also requested no perfume and it was perfect. I will definitely return on the groom!

Beautiful place, nicely decorated for the humans. Also k cup coffee available when I came in the middle of the night to pick up my pup, thanks for that! My review is based on one time overnight stay experience. I paid for a Jr. Deluxe Suite as my husband and I were attending a function and we didn't want to leave our pup without care. Originally I had booked someone else to look after him, but last minute changes had us booking this WAG hotel instead. This hotel is incredible! The building is so nice and clean and the staff are so friendly! I bring my dog here all the time, and she doesn't want to leave. She always shows up smelling so fresh and clean when I pick her up and I love that I can see her throughout her entire stay with the cameras in the playgroups and in the rooms. They always make sure her room is clean and give her extra treats! I highly recommend this hotel for your fur babies

Dusty, my cocker spaniel, has been a years long term customer of WAG, and has also stayed at the N Hollywood location and loves both! He will definitely be back, and comes home in the best mood. Wag's a really great dog hotel.

I read the article in the San Francisco Chronicle today and I could not disagree more. We have used the San Francisco location for many years and have never been disappointed. Everyone has their own unique experience, but ours has always been pleasant. Really, a front page article trying to ruin this business. It must have been a very slow news week.

I am updating this review after picking up my dog. I removed a previous one-star review and replaced with a three-star because David at Wag SF went above and beyond to help improve my experience. Bottom line: unfortunately - and this is not my usual approach - you have to push HARD for them to pay any attention to you or your dog. It's a beautiful space up front, but after they take your dog they toss him or her in a kennel and you never hear from them again. A year ago I was very close to being done with Wag hotel, even though there are limited options for dog daycare and boarding in the city. However, with new management and recent renovations, Wags has redeemed itself for me and my dog, Bowie! The staff is so friendly and make an effort to remember my dog's name for check in/out and I can tell he loves the care he receives there.
