wag has been great for my Rocky! staff sends memories of him and he gets excited just being in the lobby! He's especially loving with Adriana she always let's me know how he did during his stay

Absolutely the best care for our fur baby! He is an extremely high anxiety and needy husky and did great! Very clean facility and the best staff ever. If you want peace of mind, they are amazing!

WAG is the only total solution for my dog, Jack, when I'm traveling. I love it that he's safely contained in his Ultra Suite at night, & during the day, again safely in a massive play area with other dogs, while being constantly monitored by a caring attendant. He received 3 meds this stay, it seemed to have gone well, & the administration of them is included in his stay rate. He got his free bath & looked great when I picked him up. Wag SF has always been wonderful for me and my two fur babies! They work hard to make sure not only my pups are comfortable but also this over bearing dog mom & I love the personalized touch we get with photos!

I recently brought my dog Twass whom along with myself were extremely pleased with everything Wag Hotel in San Francisco had to offer! Every time I travel with Twass which is all the time and everywhere, He needs time for himself so when in San Francisco. Do what the Frisco dog and cat owners do. Take them to Wag Hotel!

I am writing to let you know that my dog Bandit was groomed at WAG SF this past weekend in their new facility off the lobby of the hotel. He had the "Shed-less" groom. Can I say it was the best groom he has had. I also requested no perfume and it was perfect. I will definitely return on the groom!

Beautiful place, nicely decorated for the humans. Also k cup coffee available when I came in the middle of the night to pick up my pup, thanks for that! My review is based on one time overnight stay experience. I paid for a Jr. Deluxe Suite as my husband and I were attending a function and we didn't want to leave our pup without care. Originally I had booked someone else to look after him, but last minute changes had us booking this WAG hotel instead. This hotel is incredible! The building is so nice and clean and the staff are so friendly! I bring my dog here all the time, and she doesn't want to leave. She always shows up smelling so fresh and clean when I pick her up and I love that I can see her throughout her entire stay with the cameras in the playgroups and in the rooms. They always make sure her room is clean and give her extra treats! I highly recommend this hotel for your fur babies
