I used Wag Hotels in San Francisco to house and pet sit my 1yr old feral born barn bred and socially shy kitty while I was out of the country for two weeks and not only did he come home happy and healthy he seems even more socially adjusted and less fearful. I appreciated the nightly updates with photos which showed his progression from stressed to relaxed.

This review is for our groomer, Francisco, at Wag Hotel San Francisco. We take our English mastiff, Bixby, for grooming every three weeks to Francisco. We have been doing this for over the past 2 years. Bixby, our 180 lb mastiff, actually looks forward to his grooming appointments with Francisco and playing with Francisco's dog, Rusty. This review is for our grooming experience with Francisco at this location. We have been taking our miniature schnauzer Luffy to see him for almost a year now, and we are incredibly grateful for the quality of care he receives each visit. Francisco takes such wonderful care of Luffy, ensuring all of his grooming needs are met while also having fun. 5 stars all around. I work as a firefighter for the city so my dog boards at Wag more often than most I would say. The team at Wag SF has been nothing but kind and accommodating with my schedule, and is always attentive towards Blaze. My dog is pretty shy meeting new people - Wag took their time with him and now he enjoys playing with all the dogs during play group. No complaints whatsoever.

The people here are THE BEST! Everyone is so kind and caring. They really make our fur baby feel like it's their home away from home. Our pup starts whining whenever we get close and I barely get the car door open before they are trying to run inside to see all their friends (canine and human ). Our family couldn't be happier with WAG and again, we just want to thank everyone for being the best aunts and uncles to our baby. It really makes our hearts swell

Noki recently stayed with WAG for 3 weeks from Thanksgiving week into December. The staff have always treated Noki fantasic making sure she is comfortable (putting extra padding in her room) as she is 16 years old and makes sure she is eating her food and taking her medication. I was a little worried about Noki since she has never stayed that long before but I got weekly updates from Eryn the GM regarding her well being.
