5 stars all around. I work as a firefighter for the city so my dog boards at Wag more often than most I would say. The team at Wag SF has been nothing but kind and accommodating with my schedule, and is always attentive towards Blaze. My dog is pretty shy meeting new people - Wag took their time with him and now he enjoys playing with all the dogs during play group. No complaints whatsoever.

The people here are THE BEST! Everyone is so kind and caring. They really make our fur baby feel like it's their home away from home. Our pup starts whining whenever we get close and I barely get the car door open before they are trying to run inside to see all their friends (canine and human ). Our family couldn't be happier with WAG and again, we just want to thank everyone for being the best aunts and uncles to our baby. It really makes our hearts swell

Noki recently stayed with WAG for 3 weeks from Thanksgiving week into December. The staff have always treated Noki fantasic making sure she is comfortable (putting extra padding in her room) as she is 16 years old and makes sure she is eating her food and taking her medication. I was a little worried about Noki since she has never stayed that long before but I got weekly updates from Eryn the GM regarding her well being. Absolutely the best care for our fur baby! He is an extremely high anxiety and needy husky and did great! Very clean facility and the best staff ever. If you want peace of mind, they are amazing!

WAG is the only total solution for my dog, Jack, when I'm traveling. I love it that he's safely contained in his Ultra Suite at night, & during the day, again safely in a massive play area with other dogs, while being constantly monitored by a caring attendant. He received 3 meds this stay, it seemed to have gone well, & the administration of them is included in his stay rate. He got his free bath & looked great when I picked him up.
