We normally board our pup at the Wag Hotel in Santa Clara but had to board our dog at the SF location because we were getting married in the city over the weekend. The SF location seemed much more friendly, clean and accommodating than our Santa Clara location. I was a little nervous boarding our pup at a new place but he did great and the staff at the front desk eased my nerves immediately with their friendly service. My dog chestnut has always loved the Oakland Wag location so I was a bit nervous changing his wag location but the SF team has been amazing at getting to know chestnut. He definitely has his quirks and ticks and things that set him off but they've been able to handle it all. He also LOVES the roof top. I have been sending my dog Grizzly to Wag for almost 3 years now. Their staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I love that drop off and pick up times are pretty flexible. They always send photo updates throughout the day and make sure to notify owners if their dog is not feeling well etc. I could not ask for a better experience for my pet!

Truly the BEST! My two dogs have been going to Wags for years now and the SF location is amazing & take such good care of my babies. Not sure how I would be able to work such long days if it wasn't for them caring for my pups! Highly recommend

Since I moved to San Francisco, my pup has spent many a days here for All Day Play or even for periodic grooming when he needs some spa time. While yes, there are several options in the Mission/SOMA for doggie day care, Wag has proven to be the best option in terms of price, options, and accountability. I have always been alerted if Dodger had an upset stomach or was otherwise not doing well, and they were keen on keeping a finger on the situation. We have used Wag in San Francisco for boarding, daycare, and grooming for our little dog many times during this year. The facility is very clean and the staff are professional and kind. I recommend Wag Hotel in San Francisco to all dog owners. You'll be amazed by the high standards that Wag in SF provides.

My dog Tommy has been going to SF Wag doggy day care multiple times a week for the past five years and I am so thankful for the great care Tommy receives each and every visit. The staff is extremely accommodating, kind and professional. I know each and every time that I drop Tommy off, he is is receiving great care. Francisco in the dog grooming department is fantastic! Our dog is not an easy one, behaviorally or with her grooming needs. She's a German Shepherd / Chow Chow mix, so she is nervous with strangers and can present a bit barrier aggressive. She also has long, thick, black fur, so she's a handful to wash and dry.
