Party loves staying at Wag, the team gives her all the love and it is very convenient when flying in and out of SFO. We highly recommend.

Highly recommended, the flexibility in drop off times is a nice plus and each time my dog has stayed here I know that he's been well cared for by the attentive staff. Will definitely be back!

Our dog has stayed here many times for boarding, his last stay was this past weekend. He is well cared for and when we arrived Sunday evening he was all ready to head home when we arrived to pick him up. He will be going there again soon

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!! I work at a senior living and sometimes when the resident is out of the community they need their pets taken care of. Erica and her team was able to help me at the 11th hour!! they were able to help me register and reserve a spot for 2 of resident pets. This team was amazing and I will be using them for however long I work here in the city.

My pup is a regular day care dog! He loves coming to Wags to play with all his friends and staff are always so great and understanding since he get a little to excited

My pup and I LOVE Wag San Francisco!! Staff are all wonderful, attentive and great caregivers for my fur baby! They always send updates (including photos) and have great amenities like Nest Cams, doggy spa and some special activities to keep the doggos entertained. My dog has severe separation anxiety and I don't trust ANYONE to keep her safe except for Wag San Francisco. Even after moving to the east bay, we still come back for boarding. Thanks Wag friends! We love you!!!!

Kind caring staff that really do take care of my dog, as difficult as he is sometimes. Requested report cards are sometimes light on detail, but I can always ask the staff for more info and some of the handlers are very detailed which is appreciated.

I took my dog here for the All Day Play and it was a great experience! The staff are very friendly and professional and my dog had a great time playing with the other dogs. I would definitely come back

A wonderful resource! The friendly and accommodating front desk staff and the caring, sensitive people who handle our 2 large dogs are all kind and helpful. We've been using Wag Hotels SF for our last 4 dogs (10+ years) for day care, overnight boarding, and long-term boarding; and we feel secure knowing our pets will be handled with care.
