I don't trust my dog to go anywhere else- either for daycare or for boarding. Wag Hotel is the best.

Wag was an excellent option for my pet. They were extremely welcoming and even had a welcome sign when we showed up the first time. They have scheduled play times and what I loved the best is that every suite has a camera so you can always be watching your fur kid at your convenience. Sunny was well taken care of, he loved Wag! He enjoyed socializing and playing. They have a grooming section also which is convenient but never had a chance to try it. I felt happy leaving Sunny in caring hands while I was away at work. While there was a hiccup during check in, Shay, Eddie and the Wag staff were quick to resolve the issue. They made my pups comfortable and gave me peace of mind while I was out of town. Loved that the tam sent several pictures through their stay of them enjoying the facility! Thanks Wag Team

My dog Cosmo has been going to Wag for 3 years, and he's still bursting with excitement every time we pull up for drop-off. All-day play is perfect for anyone who has to commute or work long hours and doesn't want to leave their dog cooped up--I'm actually not sure what I'd do without it. They've got plenty of space for the dogs to burn some energy--or lounge around--under close supervision. Wag has been incredibly helpful as daycare while I'm at work. Their packages are great, and it's so clear how much they genuinely care about the dogs. They're always so careful and attentive, which makes me feel totally comfortable leaving my pup there. I love getting photo updates throughout the day, and the flexible hours make things super convenient.

I started bring my dog here when I would go on vacation. I learned about the all day play them the monthly day pass which is from 7 to 7. There is a special introductory price which is really helpful! The employees are amazing. They really care and love the pets. This is an amazing place where you can feel comfortable leaving your baby here!!! Ty all for being so amazing!!

Our dog went in not a beggar and came out a beggar. We'd trained her at home not to bug us for food when we're eating, but the well-intentioned young women watching her thought she was adorable (she is) and our dog took full advantage of them. When we came to pick her up they were tossing treat after treat to her while she played teacher's pet. Okay, she's cute! We have used Francisco at the SF wag hotel's grooming spa three times now. He is such an amazing groomer. He takes thorough notes as well as makes sure to confirm with us if there are any changes. He also sends us various updates of our fur baby throughout the visit. Our baby is now 12 years old so he needs gentle handling and Francisco always treats him with care. It's almost time for us to see him again and we can't wait!

We love using the Wag SF for all day play. We have a large doberman/german shepherd mix who loves being outside and playing, so the rooftop at Wag is perfect. We also really love how convenient it is to book a grooming appointment on days he goes to all day play. He comes home exhausted from playing and looking sharp from his shampoo, nail cut, and grooming. The staff know our dog and greet him by name. They make him feel special which really puts his owners at ease.
