Wag has been incredibly helpful as daycare while I'm at work. Their packages are great, and it's so clear how much they genuinely care about the dogs. They're always so careful and attentive, which makes me feel totally comfortable leaving my pup there. I love getting photo updates throughout the day, and the flexible hours make things super convenient.

I started bring my dog here when I would go on vacation. I learned about the all day play them the monthly day pass which is from 7 to 7. There is a special introductory price which is really helpful! The employees are amazing. They really care and love the pets. This is an amazing place where you can feel comfortable leaving your baby here!!! Ty all for being so amazing!!

Our dog went in not a beggar and came out a beggar. We'd trained her at home not to bug us for food when we're eating, but the well-intentioned young women watching her thought she was adorable (she is) and our dog took full advantage of them. When we came to pick her up they were tossing treat after treat to her while she played teacher's pet. Okay, she's cute! We have used Francisco at the SF wag hotel's grooming spa three times now. He is such an amazing groomer. He takes thorough notes as well as makes sure to confirm with us if there are any changes. He also sends us various updates of our fur baby throughout the visit. Our baby is now 12 years old so he needs gentle handling and Francisco always treats him with care. It's almost time for us to see him again and we can't wait!

We love using the Wag SF for all day play. We have a large doberman/german shepherd mix who loves being outside and playing, so the rooftop at Wag is perfect. We also really love how convenient it is to book a grooming appointment on days he goes to all day play. He comes home exhausted from playing and looking sharp from his shampoo, nail cut, and grooming. The staff know our dog and greet him by name. They make him feel special which really puts his owners at ease.

I have been taking my Lab, Theodore, to Wag Hotel for over three years now. I drop him off in the morning before work, and pick him up on my way home. He absolutely loves going there! The staff is great. They have lots of fun seasonal enrichment activities for the dogs. I have also boarded him there multiple times when traveling..never had any issues. The groomer is great too! Don't know what I'd do without y'all. Our dog thinks they are extended family. I love that we have a trusted spot--one where people remember our dog's name--where the communication is great about anything we might need to know while our dog is there. Drops offs and pick ups are easy and quick, and everyone we've dealt with has been really helpful.

We normally board our pup at the Wag Hotel in Santa Clara but had to board our dog at the SF location because we were getting married in the city over the weekend. The SF location seemed much more friendly, clean and accommodating than our Santa Clara location. I was a little nervous boarding our pup at a new place but he did great and the staff at the front desk eased my nerves immediately with their friendly service. My dog chestnut has always loved the Oakland Wag location so I was a bit nervous changing his wag location but the SF team has been amazing at getting to know chestnut. He definitely has his quirks and ticks and things that set him off but they've been able to handle it all. He also LOVES the roof top.
