I have been bringing my dog Ricky Baker here for daycare a few days a week for about a year now. I literally have to drag him out of there at the end of the day because he loves everyone that works there. (and the cookie jar at the desk) The staff are all wonderful, professional and kind. You can tell they really love animals and I feel like he is in very good hands. They take precautions based on his special needs to make sure he is safe and I really appreciate that. We have been taking our precious baby to wag for several years now. They are amazing and she loves going there to see both her human and doggie friends. We have found them to be super friendly and accommodating over the years. Highly recommend!

We've never boarded our Yorkie at Wag Hotels, so I can't comment on that. However, we did have him groomed here twice. While the haircut was short as requested, both times it came out just a little choppy--nothing major, but noticeable. I had to trim his left ear hair to match the right. Another thing we noticed was that our pup seemed a bit down for a few hours after both visits. Not sure what caused that, but it was enough for us to decide not to return. This has long been overdue... my little Bailey has been going here for almost 2 years. As a dog mom, I love this location! It's convenient and close by my workplace so drop off and pick up is a breeze. I love coming here because all the staffs are so warm and friendly. I've tried other Wag locations but SF is by far the friendliest. I don't have to worry when I drop him off even for boarding. My little one gets all the loves and cuddles he can get from everyone. We're new parents of a puppy & we're so relieved to find the Wag hotel. All of the staff have been so so friendly & hospitable I'm so comfortable leaving my fur baby in their hands & my puppy was so excited to be back for a return visit. He greets all of the lovely employees with kisses & tail wags & it warms our hearts to know he's happy & cared for while we work.

I want to express a very genuine thank you to De'Shawn Smith, the Client Services Manager at the Wag Hotel San Francisco, along with the whole team there. While in boarding for 4 nights, our 13-year-old dog Lizzie started to show unusual and concerning symptoms like low appetite and bloody stool. After a few incidents, the Wag Hotel staff called us and asked permission to take Lizzie to the nearby vet because they were worried about her. Wag was an excellent option for my pet. They were extremely welcoming and even had a welcome sign when we showed up the first time. They have scheduled play times and what I loved the best is that every suite has a camera so you can always be watching your fur kid at your convenience. Sunny was well taken care of, he loved Wag!
