I have been sending my dog Grizzly to Wag for almost 3 years now. Their staff has always been friendly and accommodating. I love that drop off and pick up times are pretty flexible. They always send photo updates throughout the day and make sure to notify owners if their dog is not feeling well etc. I could not ask for a better experience for my pet!

Truly the BEST! My two dogs have been going to Wags for years now and the SF location is amazing & take such good care of my babies. Not sure how I would be able to work such long days if it wasn't for them caring for my pups! Highly recommend

Since I moved to San Francisco, my pup has spent many a days here for All Day Play or even for periodic grooming when he needs some spa time. While yes, there are several options in the Mission/SOMA for doggie day care, Wag has proven to be the best option in terms of price, options, and accountability. I have always been alerted if Dodger had an upset stomach or was otherwise not doing well, and they were keen on keeping a finger on the situation. We have used Wag in San Francisco for boarding, daycare, and grooming for our little dog many times during this year. The facility is very clean and the staff are professional and kind. My dog Tommy has been going to SF Wag doggy day care multiple times a week for the past five years and I am so thankful for the great care Tommy receives each and every visit. The staff is extremely accommodating, kind and professional. I know each and every time that I drop Tommy off, he is is receiving great care. Francisco in the dog grooming department is fantastic! Our dog is not an easy one, behaviorally or with her grooming needs. She's a German Shepherd / Chow Chow mix, so she is nervous with strangers and can present a bit barrier aggressive. She also has long, thick, black fur, so she's a handful to wash and dry. Despite all this, Francisco has always been amazing with her. She doesn't mind a bath and full groom when it's with him, and she always comes back smelling great and shedding less. Francisco is hands down the best groomer in SF!!! we bring our dog Auggie there and he always comes back looking amazing and so happy! we can tell he really loves Francisco. he always sends adorable photos and videos, which not only makes me feel great as a dog parent, but also shows how much he cares! Francisco is amazing! He is truly a dog lover. He has so much patience. My dog that is very anxious learned to trust Francisco because he didn't give up on my dog. Now Francisco is one of the few people that can hold him and pet him and the best part, to groom him!
