This was our first experience with boarding our dogs. Wag Hotels Santa Clara is a very clean facility. I was impressed that with the many dogs it was very clean and did not have a kennel smell. Our dogs Primrose and Willow received very good care during their stay. When we dropped them off for the first time they right to the worker without hesitation. When I first went in, I was a little upset because my appointment was canceled. Not sure what happened with the system but thankfully, this young lady helped me out! ; I really do appreciate her work because she was helping me out for about 20 minutes Specially, because the lobby was so busy! We love Wag Pet hotel. They offer several services that help make the time away from our precious pooch easier. We love the daily photos of our dog that they send us. We really appreciate our dog coming home not smelling like other dogs.

Eliana is absolutely incredible! She's so loving and attentive with my dog, Maggie. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing Maggie is not only well cared for but also genuinely loved by the Santa Clara Wag Hotel team. During a recent 5 day boarding, Eliana took the time to visit Maggie in her room and spend extra time with her, which means the world to us. You can tell she truly cares about the dogs she looks after. I'm so grateful to her and everyone at Wags.

The staff here are some of the friendliest and most reliable people I've ever met. Every time we pull into the driveway, my dog's tail starts wagging -- and that joy is all thanks to the wonderful humans inside. Huge shoutout to Zach, Ricky C, Eliana, Lexi, and Elandra. You've made this place feel like Stewie's second home, and I know he's in the best hands every single day. That peace of mind is truly priceless.

Wag Hotels is our go to for our 8 year pup for all of our vacations! He's an anxious pup but I never have worried about his health or safety when we've left him there for boarding or daycare. I have rarely had issues with finding a room for our small pup (sometimes have had to upgrade his room size but dates are usually always available as long as I book far in advance for long holiday weekends). The staff at this Santa Clara location are all truly amazing. Maggie (my shepsky) absolutely loves coming to all day play and boarding. I want to give a special shout out to Rex and Ricky. They are always super friendly and loving to Maggie.

I've been taking my dog to Wag since he was 7 months old. He loves everyone, and everyone loves him! Stuff recognizes him immediately, play with him, and they never disappoint! I drop him off multiple times a week early morning, and Ricky C. (despite being 6am) is always smiling and ready to receive my baby. I couldn't recommend any other place in the Bay that would provide this treatment!
