This location is so amazing. My dogs are treated well and the staff is just so wonderful. Thank you all for being so good to my dogs and being so flexible when we need to make changes. Amazing place!!

Brought my pup here last week and I don't think she's ever been happier with anyone outside my family. The staff here is so great and one of the managers Richard was so helpful. Him and his entire staff really do a great job making sure Dolly felt comfortable. Calling me when she seemed down. I really felt like my puppy was with family. They had me wagging my tail! I love Wag!!!

Great place to board or let your dog stay if you work a shift to long to leave them at home. The staff is super kind and super helpful I call and check on my dog a lot and they are always on top of it. Great for trips as well! Website is pretty clear and direct and the app works great once you start using their services!

Recently took our two two-year old cats to Wags Hotel-Santa Clara and was very happy we did. We boarded them for three nights and four days and was happy to know they had cameras that allowed us to check up on them when we wanted to. The facility itself was very clean along with the area our cats were boarded. All the employees were very friendly and they sent us pictures of them each day they were there. We will be using them again for our next out-of-town plans.

This was our first experience with boarding our dogs. Wag Hotels Santa Clara is a very clean facility. I was impressed that with the many dogs it was very clean and did not have a kennel smell. Our dogs Primrose and Willow received very good care during their stay. When we dropped them off for the first time they right to the worker without hesitation. When I first went in, I was a little upset because my appointment was canceled. Not sure what happened with the system but thankfully, this young lady helped me out! ; I really do appreciate her work because she was helping me out for about 20 minutes Specially, because the lobby was so busy! We love Wag Pet hotel. They offer several services that help make the time away from our precious pooch easier. We love the daily photos of our dog that they send us. We really appreciate our dog coming home not smelling like other dogs.

Eliana is absolutely incredible! She's so loving and attentive with my dog, Maggie. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing Maggie is not only well cared for but also genuinely loved by the Santa Clara Wag Hotel team. During a recent 5 day boarding, Eliana took the time to visit Maggie in her room and spend extra time with her, which means the world to us. You can tell she truly cares about the dogs she looks after. I'm so grateful to her and everyone at Wags.
