Wonderful staff! Dog lovers at it finest! My dog loves this place and very clean facilities!
I took my dog to groomer Sini for a bath, brush and nail trim. She was so great with her and did an amazing job. We will be back to see her again.

I can't recommend Wag Santa Clara enough. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, and my dog loves both the indoor and outdoor play areas and the pool. But the best part (honestly)? Wag Santa Clara is open 24/7 and located right next to the airport. This means I can drop off my dog before a flight or pick them up at any time. It's a huge relief. In addition, they send daily report cards with a picture, and our live camera feeds so you know they're well taken care of.

Staff here are truly great. Alex makes sure to greet you and your furry friends when arriving. I'm able to drop off my dog while I'm at work and feel safe doing so.

My dog has been a "regular" here for almost 3 years. Zach, Taja, and Maria are the superstars of this location. My pup was recently having some medical issues and Taja went above and beyond to ensure the proper food and medication was given- it really gave us peace of mind. The only real downfall is that it's pricey. It's gone from $36 dollars per day to $52 in 2ish years. I also wish they did the "half day" rate for stays other than All Day Play. I was excited that they offered free daycare before our boarding stay and the cameras in deluxe suite were great so I could check in on my dogs. I had requested they also get a deluxe suite for their boarding stay and the employee at the counter said it was booked but will show as pending until I upload their vaccinations. They took good care of the dogs but there are a ton of dogs in all day play so it can be overwhelming. The people are amazing. They really care and make for sure your pet enjoys himself. They have chews for them. They have special ice cream sundae if you request. You can request a evening walk. The suites are just what my pup loved.

Another decent wag hotel. I like how I always have Wag Hotel just in case our friends are not able to watch our precious fur child. The only thing is that for him, to be alone in a room all night is literal hell for him so when we got him back, he had lost his voice and he had a lot of sniffles for the next few days. Updating my review. Why? Because it's still amazing and y'all need to know. I want to thank (Tasha/taza?) can't remember spelling and the triple threat of staff all named "Zach", especially the Zach with the (currently) blue hair who helped me out a lot after I called and told him about the pain I was experiencing after my cervical surgery.
