We love that we can bring our dog to any Wag hotel. We're usually based in Oakland so when we come to San Jose we can have peace of mind knowing that our dog is in a trustworthy dog care center. The staff is always nice and helpful!

The staff who welcomed us at the front desk were so helpful and understanding. We had spoken with the general customer service line and they had not provided us with all of the pricing information they should have. The additional fees of which we were not informed were waived for this one visit and they patiently and clearly explained how the pricing structure works. We will be returning here again - our pup had a great day and we didn't have to worry about him!

Great job with a very anxious dog for a several day stay. Definitely recommend them.
OK, I know Wag Hotels has been in the news lately, and the press has not been flattering. I have a different side to tell you about. We are not a drop our dogs off while on vacation customer. We are not the occasional user. We are 5-6 days a week users for our 2 rescue dogs since 2014. Both of our dogs require "special care" since they are not dog friendly. Our baby loves the play time he gets with his fur friends and we know he is always in good hands and comfortable when he boards at Wag!! We love the web cam and the treats that we can share through Petzi!
Great place fir your family pet to go a have a mini vacation. The staff are really dog friendly. The location is convenient, not to far from the airport. My pet Dig of was taken very good care .
These guys keep it professional and fun. We have used a couple of other spots but love the space at Wag. Late pickup fees are waved if you buy a package--when we do late pickup (which is often) Zach is always kind, courteous, professional and prompt.
