Great place for dog day care - I'm able to go to work and trust that my dog will have fun, be taken care of, and play with other dogs and people! One of the perks is that they have a dog cam throughout the day and you're able to check up on your baby. Love the amount of effort they put into make this a place and experience that's transparent and friendly.

We dropped our baby off several times at the all day play while we are busy at work or have things going on during the day. It's so convenient location wielded, and I love the fact that they have a live webcam. We can watch our baby all day and check in on her. Not sure why but she stinks a lot after we pick her up from the daycare probably she plays w other dogs. Plan for giving a full on bath after dropping your fur baby at the all day play :)

Wag Hotels seems to have had a lot of new staff and with it, comes all the growing pains. With the holiday flight fiasco of 2021, I was worried about my dog having an extended stay. I spoke with Zack and he was so helpful. I love that he was honest about being new and put me on hold to get answers to my questions. He was incredibly kind and sincere when apologizing for a miscommunication about my dog being sick/vomiting. I really appreciate his professionalism and willingness to go the extra step. Adding a star back since management did reach out to me. Still wish they'd dealt with these issues in a more public way and they aren't what they used to be.
Updating my review from 2019. I still love this boarding place so much. Staff are very professional and helpful so I feel safe leaving my dogs here. They have the cameras so you can check on your pet during all day play and there's a new feature on the app where staff will send you pictures of your dog. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing they're ok while on a trip. Dog handlers seem to do well with grouping dogs of similar temperament together and diffusing any spicy situations. Our favorite dog hotel so far! Clean and organized, my dog seemed to be very happy every time she stayed there. Appreciate the friendly staff and the daily photos uploaded in the app.
I'm a frequent flyer at Wag SC and I am also a veterinarian. I was very pleased with the service I received today from Christine (manager) and I would have given a 5 star review here except for the new on-line self booking which does NOT work. This is not Christine's problem but she still stepped up and fixed everything for me :-). Corporate or the new franchisee needs to be aware of this and fix it. My dog absolutely loves going here. It's the only place that she gets excited for. I have tried a few other places but they just can't compare to the care and quality of services.
