WAG hotels is an amazingly convenient place to keep my dog for daycare. They have an app which allows you to get a reservation and allows you to view their cam from time to time. They were also very nice and helpful to get my puppy in on short notice! I will definitely recommend them to anyone thinking about leaving their dog in daycare at a reasonable cost!

Great place to leave our dog. Rates are reasonable and they offer tons of extra services. We have never had any issues here. They also have cameras so we can watch our dog during the day.

My 2 dogs love it here they come home exhausted from non stop play and care all day. Great place happy to have a place like this that doesn't discriminate against breed (Staffys)

Where do I begin. 2021 is when fitst started bringing my Dog. I was so scared leaving him for the firdt time, but when i picked him up, he was so happy and pooped to say the least. I cannot think the staff enough including morning evening and weekend. They personally know my dog and have cute little nicknames for him. We love this place! We come here for all day play as well as for Louie's grooming. Everyone here is so friendly and Louie gets so excited every time we come. (Happy pee everywhere!) Highly recommended!

We love that we can bring our dog to any Wag hotel. We're usually based in Oakland so when we come to San Jose we can have peace of mind knowing that our dog is in a trustworthy dog care center. The staff is always nice and helpful!

The staff who welcomed us at the front desk were so helpful and understanding. We had spoken with the general customer service line and they had not provided us with all of the pricing information they should have. The additional fees of which we were not informed were waived for this one visit and they patiently and clearly explained how the pricing structure works. We will be returning here again - our pup had a great day and we didn't have to worry about him!
