This is the best place for my girl Frankie. She's quite old but the staff and her peers treat her with kindness and lots of dog love and kisses. Thank you for being so good to an old girl

My first time ever bringing my best little buddy Rocket ( Boxer breed ) to a dog hotel. I was a little hesitant at first but that all went away once I walked in. I was greeted with such hospitality that I felt like I was a regular. They treated my best little buddy like he was their very own, which warmed my heart. Wag hotels is cool, but they're super expensive and they up charge you for every visit. The last time, the extra change was due to a "holiday fee" even though I booked him several days after the 4th of July. This last time, the extra charge was due to it being "summer." You pay extra of your dog is being boarded and you want them to go to daycare. You will pay extra regardless of the occasion. I give it 3 stars because the staff is nice and my dog seems fine each time I pick him up

Very friendly staff. My puppy enjoyed all day play. I like the flexible drop off and pick up time for boarding. Open 24/7.

Recommend this place for your fur baby the hotel is big clean and very presentable. The staff very welcoming when they see you at the door holding your fur baby they open the door for you and introduce themselves to you ant your fur baby. My first experience leaving my fur baby was a great one! My Nova was a star and loved very much.

Highly recommend this place for boarding, all day plays and bathing/grooming! I have been taking my daschund here since he was a few months old and he just turned 3, he loves it here. Nick (Groomer) and Mike (Bather) are nothing short of awesome! Very patient and friendly. Eileen and Pedro (sorry I'm forgetting several other names) have been a pleasure to engage with. If you are looking for a groomer look no further. I have taken our dog to two different groomers at Wag Santa Clara, Nick and Jennifer. Both spent hours to ensure our poodle rescue dog got a beautiful grooming. She was very matted on our first visit and a bit over grown on the most recent visit. These caring folks did such a great job. Both Nick and Jennifer have a precious virtue: a true commitment to taking the best care possible of their four legged clients. Bravo!
