Updating my review. Why? Because it's still amazing and y'all need to know. I want to thank (Tasha/taza?) can't remember spelling and the triple threat of staff all named "Zach", especially the Zach with the (currently) blue hair who helped me out a lot after I called and told him about the pain I was experiencing after my cervical surgery. He said "I got u" over the phone, got my dog boarded for the night and I was able to pick him up the next day when the pain subsided. I wouldn't have gotten a dog if I knew I'd be diagno... read more

Had to find a place for our dog for the weekend because we needed to go out of town. This is our first time having to leave our dog that wasn't with family so we were worried how he would do. The staff worked well with us and was very informative of the entire process and how we can keep tabs on them and our dog. This took a lot of stress away and we felt at ease on having to leave him there. We did check in on him through out the weekend but instantly felt like we didn't even have to. I left my dog Indy at this hotel over the weekend. And I absolutely loved it. They took such good care of my baby and will be coming back. And thank you to Zach for showing me the place in such short notice. You're the best and you are so accommodating!

I have not had a good experience with our dog. He's terrified of going to board at Wag hotel.

I brought my dog Luna to Wag during Thanksgiving and was so happy with the choice I made. The staff was incredible and loved the pictures they sent me. Made me feel at ease. Thank you Wag Hotels see you soon!!

I want to just say that I'm very appreciative of the staff here. My dog Cooper came here for boarding and daycare, and the team was always so loving to him. He recently passed away and the compassion and empathy shown from the team here has been so comforting as I've grieved losing him. I now have a new dog and the team here is just as caring for him. My dog has stayed here multiple times while I've been away and he has always seemed to have a great time. Every interaction i have had with the staff has been fantastic. They're very help and I love the updates and pictures that I have receieved of my dog while I am away. One thing i will say that i am disappointed in is the lack of interaction between staff and dogs. Ive watched the doggie cam and very very rarely have i seen them interacting with the pups. Otherwise theyve been great!
