Highly recommend this place for boarding, all day plays and bathing/grooming! I have been taking my daschund here since he was a few months old and he just turned 3, he loves it here. Nick (Groomer) and Mike (Bather) are nothing short of awesome! Very patient and friendly. Eileen and Pedro (sorry I'm forgetting several other names) have been a pleasure to engage with. If you are looking for a groomer look no further. I have taken our dog to two different groomers at Wag Santa Clara, Nick and Jennifer. Both spent hours to ensure our poodle rescue dog got a beautiful grooming. She was very matted on our first visit and a bit over grown on the most recent visit. These caring folks did such a great job. Both Nick and Jennifer have a precious virtue: a true commitment to taking the best care possible of their four legged clients. Bravo!

This place honestly was such a lifesaver and stress reliever. I could leave my dog overnight there knowing he was in good hands and well cared for. The staff there is truly amazing. My puppy always gets excited to go there as he loves the all day puppy play! Thank you to the staff for taking good care of my dog!

Sweet Cream had a blast at all day play while we were on vacation. I highly recommend if your dog needs to get their energy out. It is a much better solution than just 2 walks a day with most boarding situations.

Had a friend recommend wag hotels for boarding and daycare & was in desperate need of a new boarding facility for my pup so I ended up here and have not been disappointed. They offer grooming, boarding & daycare services. I've used them for boarding several times & they are very attentive and welcoming to my dog & I feel safe leaving him with them. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars. My pup has learned to socialize in your play groups, everyone knows his name when he comes every week and he returns home exhausted. He has also boarded here a few times and the care is truly that from pup lovers. Thank you for everything you do! It's a real piece of mind.
We took our Coton boys in to be groomed at Wag hotels by Jennifer today and I can't begin to express what a wonderful groomer she was. Not only did she listen to how I asked that they be trimmed and did a beautiful job, but she was so patient and kind. We have 1 and 13 year old pups with very different personalities and she took her time with each one of them to make sure they were comfortable and had a good experience. My dog loves coming here! I've used Wag Hotels in Santa Clara for both doggy daycare during the day, or general boarding when I'm out of town. Although it's a little pricey, it's totally justifiable given the cameras they have and the care they give to your pet. It's also super convenient they're there 24 hours when you have a crazy travel schedule. Most places charge way more for picking up past a certain time, but Wag doesn't! My dog (Tyke) loves coming here and I feel good dropping him off here with all the lovely and amazing staff that work here. People from all shifts and all levels are incredible; from managers, receptionists, playgroup attendants, and pet groomers.
