I recently tried Wag Hotels for grooming and I was really pleased with the haircut and a tooth brushing for my AussieDoodle puppy, Mochi. Easy drop off and pickup with the drive through in front and my puppy came home happy, smelling great, shiny teeth and nicely groomed. I live in Rohnert Park, CA and recently had to use an out-of-the-area boarding service for my pet. Jennifer D. at the WAGS Hotel in Santa Clara, CA made what could've been a stressful experience a most pleasant one. She was friendly and efficiently got me checked in. That she kept a smile on her face in the middle of the lobby chaos is worthy of kudos.

I was apprehensive about daycare for my pup, but she loves going to wag. As soon as we turn the corner she starts whining and jumping around in the car. I pull up and get greeted by Jen , jay, Aileen or Christine. The rest of the staff is also very friendly, we love Wag , thank you for taking care of my pup.

Wag, especially in the past year under Covid restrictions, has been such a great way to keep my two dogs socialized, exercised and when needed, a safe place to board where the staff is always friendly, and no matter what special needs either of my dogs may have, they can handle it. I even boarded my cat there for a week while in the midst of a move, and he was so happy with all of the attention. I can't say enough good things about this place. I have been using them since November of last year and they have become family. My boy Loki absolutely loves it and they have reinforced all the training that he has had. The socialization he gets is amazing as well. I was in a very serious car accident while on my way to take Loki to day care. Wag employees came and got Loki and took him to the vet for me and everything. This place goes above and beyond. Do yourself a favor and take your fur baby here, they'll love it!

Update: Wag reached out to me to apologize for the unpleasant experience and Jinx has seen Eliana one more time since the poor cut we got. Jinx was well taken care of and everything went smoothly. Adding a star and will return ... Eliana is still the best groomer we've had to date!

Perfect place for our fur baby to interact with other dogs! She doesn't do well in dog parks but daycare was a perfect fit for her! She loves the ice cream sundaes and you can even leave food for lunch or dinner! Huge Thank you to Anthony for teaching our dog new tricks and helping her to to stay calm!

Took a chance on a new doggy day care for my pup, Neno. He is typically described as hyper-active, and so some places just aren't equipped to handle him. Which is why my partner & I were pleasantly surprised to get nothing but positive reviews! The staff was so patient and caring with all of our questions and let us know that we could monitor him on their Wag Cam, which was such an added bonus. We will definitely be bringing Neno back!

My dog had a great stay at Wag. Lots of services you can taylor to your needs! The staff was great, my dog came home happy, and the process was easy. We will be back.
