Great service, very clean, friendly stuff. I can leave my dog and know she has a fun for a day. Grooming is one of my fav services, my half poodle looks always stunning. Highly recommend it.
We have only tried Wag hotels in Redwood City in the past and this was our first experience in Santa Clara location and it was nothing but perfect. We have a big Labradoodle (90+ lbs) and he had a grooming service with Sophia who is awesome. This location has more parking than RWC and bigger facilities in general. Staff is super friendly from check in through pick up and our dog is very happy during his 4 hour stay while being groomed. We will definitely be back soon.
Edit: Thanks Christen for reaching out! I have seen a huge improvement in customer service in friendliness and knowledge on how my pup did for the day within the last few weeks!

Great place for dog day care - I'm able to go to work and trust that my dog will have fun, be taken care of, and play with other dogs and people! One of the perks is that they have a dog cam throughout the day and you're able to check up on your baby. Love the amount of effort they put into make this a place and experience that's transparent and friendly.

We dropped our baby off several times at the all day play while we are busy at work or have things going on during the day. It's so convenient location wielded, and I love the fact that they have a live webcam. We can watch our baby all day and check in on her. Not sure why but she stinks a lot after we pick her up from the daycare probably she plays w other dogs. Plan for giving a full on bath after dropping your fur baby at the all day play :)

Wag Hotels seems to have had a lot of new staff and with it, comes all the growing pains. With the holiday flight fiasco of 2021, I was worried about my dog having an extended stay. I spoke with Zack and he was so helpful. I love that he was honest about being new and put me on hold to get answers to my questions. Updating my review from 2019. I still love this boarding place so much. Staff are very professional and helpful so I feel safe leaving my dogs here. They have the cameras so you can check on your pet during all day play and there's a new feature on the app where staff will send you pictures of your dog. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing they're ok while on a trip. Dog handlers seem to do well with grouping dogs of similar temperament together and diffusing any spicy situations.
