My dogs have been going her for over 2 years now. The both of them start whining with excitement once we turn the corner. They try to cut in line multiple times. They're not very patient. I love how I get a report on how they do in all day play. After my boy dog is handed to me he says hi and tries to go back in to play. My girl dog is really excited to see the employees, she's a 1 person dog and normally doesn't act like that with others. I know they're both really taken care of here.

I love bringing my dog, Cooper, here! I've been bringing him since 2019. The staff are very friendly and he's always worn out when he comes home from All Day Play. The drop off and pick up process is really easy and convenient. I love checking the Wag cam during the day for some peace of mind that Coop is doing ok. Some of my neighbors bring their dogs here too, so Coop usually has a friendly face when he comes. Highly recommend!

After the yelp review, the Wag customer service team reached out to me through phone and email and tried to make up their poor services. I appreciated their offer and gesture. I can see they try to listen the customer and unhappy experience. They offered me another grooming session with a Salon manager who has more experience. I don't think it's necessary for my dog for now, since she went to another groomer after wag. But I appreciated the offer and their care for the customer.

I am so happy about the customer service that they offer. Manager ( forgot to ask his name) helped me while he was on lunch break. Pedro sit down with me and help me to book a reservation about 30min or so ( Santa Clara location was fully booked, and he booked me at San Francisco) because I had trouble making reservation on the phone or via App. He was very very kind. This place is where I will use to board my dog from now.

Honestly, I was very disappointed at first because of poor communication and new employees. I was promised pictures, reports, and updates but received none after several phone calls. It was until the last day when Wes came to save the day and change my mind about ever using Wag again. His communication, love and care for my dog proved he truly made a connection with him. We always feel very comfortable dropping our dog off at Wag Hotel for the weekend or day whenever we are going out of town. They take the best care of her and she is always excited to go back!

A wonderful option for our dog to get socialized and some exercise! The hours for drop off and pick up are really flexible, and they offer military discounts.

I just love getting my Maltipoo groomed at Wag Hotel. Her cut is always perfect.!!! I drive 30 minutes each way to get the best grooming services because its worth it! The staff is always very nice to deal with and great with accommodating last minute requests.
