Really wanted to love WAG but - it truly didn't meet my expectations for my 9mo pup. Booking last minute reservations 5/5 stars Calling front desk to ask some questions / change boarding check in date 2/5 - the employee was quite rude ( you are lucky if they answer the first time you call) Drop off 2/5 - this employee was very nice, but seemed rushed. Dropped off our two puppies at this location to board them for two nights. Mind you, this is our first time leaving our pups with people we do not know. The check-in was fairly quick as we were greeted by a staff member. We didn't feel welcomed as much as we hoped we would be but we thought that he may just been having a bad day. The place is clean and there were a ton of dogs we saw through the plexiglass in the area adjacent to the front desk. Our pups were taken away and they seemed fine. I’m also sorry that one of your pups eye was blood shot when you picked up.This is allergy season and my little girl has them worse this year for some strange reason. I’m also sorry that we don’t have camera for the public in all the rooms . You do have options to choose a deluxe room or a ultra suite rooms all these rooms have cameras. Wag is truly a 5-star resort! Our Husky is head over paws for Wag and is more than excited to come back over and over! The customer service from Jay and Manager Christen was above expectation. They are very professional, super friendly and make you feel like you are part of the Wag family. Our 8 month old puppy also enjoyed her spa day with Mia. I really like this wag hotel the staff is so courteous and friendly. They take such good care of my dogs. I really appreciate them, and the care they give my pets!
I am so happy with the choice to go with Wag Hotels. Friendly staff, kids seemed happy when I picked them up. I will for sure be using them alot more when my job up there comes back. Very happy
Hands down the best place to take my dog!! Our local daycare closed down earlier this year (thanks Covid ) so we needed a new place for our baby to stay social and to stay for when the world opens ups again. I love that there is a human in with the pups to give them scritches but basically just makes sure they are all on good behavior. Management is top notch too! I would give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could!!
I've been going here for almost half a year to get my dog groomed and I always go to Elaina. Imo, she is the best and super easy to talk to!! My dog had a bad experience with a previous dog salon and hates being somewhere unfamiliar for so long but hes been pretty good here! He allows her to do what she needs to but does make it slightly difficult for her unfortunately. Despite that though, he always comes out looking amazing and feeling super soft. Dropped of my love off at All day play. Staff and management extended a warm welcome For me, watching through the window all dogs hanging out together, socializing. Just in awe!
