My poor door was treated very very well and obviously on 1st day so when I brought him back on 2nd day he was glad to be there. I needed that for him as I had to unfortunately see that my husband was taken off life support and didn't want dog in the car all day etc. So thank u very much much appreciated!

We brought the family dog here while we enjoyed some non-dog-friendly sights in the area. Check in was super smooth and Baxter loved his stay. Kyle was great and sent multiple photos of Baxter enjoying his stay and one-on-one time, which was reassuring to us since it was his first time staying in any kind of boarding. Totally recommend the Wag in Santa Clara, and Kyle was super helpful during Baxter's stay.

My dog Adonis is the most spoilt brat and the team at Wag Hotel Santa Clara love him. A very youthful team full of dog lovers who go way beyond the call of duty. Always a smiling and showering love on your furry friends. As I am approaching wag hotel my Adonis is up on his seat wagging his tail. He can be hard work at times being a 103 lb Rottweiler but the team there have never had an issue and the most important thing is my boy loves them all forever wanting to play with them even as we are leaving. Very happy with my last few experiences with Santa Clara Wag. My fur baby always comes home clean and clearly well taken care of because she never gives me a problem when I have to take her back. JoJo is always so attentive and patient with my babygirl and really makes the whole experience smooth and stress free. Will definitely keep bringing my fur baby here!

We left our baby here for the weekend. And just want to thank Ricky guy at the front desk. He made us feel so welcomed and told us about how our pups day will go. We have been here once before and will definitely use it again.

Very good caring team. Dogs in daycare can be viewed on camera. The cameras are pretty clear so you can see your dog(s) and feel good about leaving them. I have deaf, sight impaired dogs and Wag takes very good care of them. Meds are also given. We go there for daycare and boarding. Definitely recommend.
I see this location regularly en route to work and I always wondered what WAG was about. When our regular pet sitter was unavailable, I was hunting for a place to look after my dog while we were away for anniversary, so I took the tour. I decided to give it a try. Our dog stayed with WAG for 3 days and 2 nights and they took such good care of her. I got to see her via web cam and I was able to call and check on her and I even got emails on her progress.
