I'm a frequent flyer at Wag SC and I am also a veterinarian. I was very pleased with the service I received today from Christine (manager) and I would have given a 5 star review here except for the new on-line self booking which does NOT work. This is not Christine's problem but she still stepped up and fixed everything for me :-). Corporate or the new franchisee needs to be aware of this and fix it. My dog absolutely loves going here. It's the only place that she gets excited for. I have tried a few other places but they just can't compare to the care and quality of services.

If you need a place for your dog to stay while you're at work in-person, it's the right place to go to. Staff are friendly and the dogs there are pretty chill. My dog always has a good time hanging out with other dogs. Thank you wag for being there from the beginning.
I recently used wag hotels for my dog and was pleased with the experience. It was my first time housing my dog at a pet hotel so I was very cautious about what service I pick. My dog is very friendly but he has experienced rough dogs in the past that makes him apprehensive during group settings. My tour at wag was very informative and the associate showed me all the services they offered, including day boarding, kennels, the play rooms and the kitchen. Really wanted to love WAG but - it truly didn't meet my expectations for my 9mo pup. Booking last minute reservations 5/5 stars Calling front desk to ask some questions / change boarding check in date 2/5 - the employee was quite rude ( you are lucky if they answer the first time you call) Drop off 2/5 - this employee was very nice, but seemed rushed. Dropped off our two puppies at this location to board them for two nights. Mind you, this is our first time leaving our pups with people we do not know. The check-in was fairly quick as we were greeted by a staff member. We didn't feel welcomed as much as we hoped we would be but we thought that he may just been having a bad day. The place is clean and there were a ton of dogs we saw through the plexiglass in the area adjacent to the front desk. Our pups were taken away and they seemed fine. I’m also sorry that one of your pups eye was blood shot when you picked up.This is allergy season and my little girl has them worse this year for some strange reason. I’m also sorry that we don’t have camera for the public in all the rooms . You do have options to choose a deluxe room or a ultra suite rooms all these rooms have cameras. Wag is truly a 5-star resort! Our Husky is head over paws for Wag and is more than excited to come back over and over! The customer service from Jay and Manager Christen was above expectation. They are very professional, super friendly and make you feel like you are part of the Wag family. Our 8 month old puppy also enjoyed her spa day with Mia. I really like this wag hotel the staff is so courteous and friendly. They take such good care of my dogs. I really appreciate them, and the care they give my pets!
I am so happy with the choice to go with Wag Hotels. Friendly staff, kids seemed happy when I picked them up. I will for sure be using them alot more when my job up there comes back. Very happy
