I took one of my dogs here a couple of years ago for play time, and the staff were (are) amazing - they were gently honest with me about how he always has so much fun during morning play, but has to be pulled during afternoon play because he is just too much for other dogs (he's a boxer mix, 'nuff said). I decided not to continue with daycare for him because he's more of a one on one type of guy, but again, the staff and the facility are all just great. We were in an emergency I needed a place to board our dogs immediately the staff here was very accommodating - I cannot say enough about Heidi and Jennifer- very attentive to us and our dogs needs . Excellent place to board your dog. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. We have never boarded our dog before and they made us feel comfortable in leaving our pet behind. They kept in contact with us and he came back wore out from the playing. They are understanding and patient with our dog when he get a little excited. I highly recommend Wag Hotel and appreciate their service!

I'm Aidan and Roary's dog auntie and think WAG does a wonderful job with the care of the dogs. I have dropped the pups off and picked them up several times, every time the desk staff has been friendly and helpful. The all day play service is great for the working dog owner and you know your pet is in safe hands. I always enjoy reading the report cards about the visit. Thanks Wag!

We have been using Wag for 10 years (as long as we have had our pups!). The Sacramento location is a main location and we love it. From the beginning they have been incredibly attentive to our 2 dogs and make it a priority to treat them like family. The staff knows our dogs down to their idiosyncrasies and it shows.
