I used Wag hotels this last weekend to board my dog. It was my first visit. Really clean facility however the staff that I dealt with at check in was adequate. I was open minded since I work in the service industry too. I didn't really enjoy my first impressions with the front desk staff. Did not greet me or ask if it's my pets first time or returning guest etc. I didn't even know when the check in process was over for me. She just looked behind me and called the next guest up. We bring our dogs here every time we need to board them. Great service and they take great care of the pups. My only complaint is that they are pretty expensive.
