This place is terrible I wouldn't take your pet hair unless you want to stress out. Dropped them off 2 hours ago and they already lost his food? Unbelievable no wonder this place has bad reviews

Not only did they do a terrible job at keeping my poor small dog during his boarding for a weeklong stay, but the groomer gave him a terrible ear infection!!!!! She never communicated with me about this issue, she did a terrible job, and when I noticed that he kept pawing at his ear, had discharge, and was noticeably uncomfortable, I questioned her and she not only never got back to me but she didn't even alert her manager! I finally got in touch with the manager and she seemed to care at first and then never returned my ema... read more

Wag Hotels were helpful on the phone and set us up with a free day of daycare to try them out before our dogs overnight. I really appreciated this and daycare seemed to go fine (although I asked for my dog to just do the morning and afternoon playgroup, not all day play, as he's quite shy, but turns out they had him do all day play. Luckily it was fine, but wish they would have asked). I felt ok with them until we picked up our dog after his overnight and they handed back his zip loc bag labeled dinner. Today at approximately 16:30, I had an unpleasant experience with " Bria" I believe that was her name, while attempting to pick up my dogs from daycare. As Bria is bringing my two dogs towards me, I noticed that one of my dogs Zhuri is pulling/choking. So I walk towards Bria and ask for Zhuri to check and see if she on a hornets. ( as I have requested this before, and I've been reassured that this request is in Zuri's file from WAG, however, it is not always followed.) I brought my 9 month old terrier here for day care because I used to use the Wag in SF all the time and they were great. They have cameras in the play room so you can watch your dog. But my dog disappeared from view about an hour after she got there. I wasn't watching the whole time so I don't see them move her. I just saw her swirling around with the other dogs one minute and then couldn't find her the next. It looked like she was having fun. She had found a dog she liked and was following it around. Services and care have declined dramatically. I've been a long time customer but over the last year things have deteriorated to the point where I won't bring my dogs back.

This location has gone downhill since I have started going here. My dog has gotten sick several times. My dog comes home and is visibly injured. The prices were good but they have gone up so it's better to take your dog somewhere else.
