Ken has been helping me and my partner navigate the home loan process since 2019. Due to my many sources of income investing in various areas, finding a loan can be extremely problematic. On my second loan with Stuart, I learned how very good he is at finding a lender that is willing to work with my diverse portfolio. Stuart was willing to shop my portfolio to the correct lenders to get a loan. I am a real estate professional and can state that Stuart Erickson is excellent at finding the correct lender to meet a client's specific need.
