Rude staff, when I showed up, they made no mention that their parking lot opens an hour after their first appointment time at 6am. After taking my $900 they then said I'm just going to have to get my car towed and they wouldn't allow me to move it to the lot behind their office! I complained about this and said it was unacceptable that they too a grand from me and couldn't give me 5mins after they failed to warn me of the parking situation even though I asked. I received a bill from this office -- there is no record of them attempting to bill my insurance, and the billing website and phone line are both not functioning, so I can't even submit a complaint or contest the amount.
Go anywhere else. After waiting 6 months for my appointment, I showed up and no one was there. Like no one: no receptionist, no technician, zero people. A few other patients were in the waiting room just sitting there. I tried to call, but of course didn't get an answer. Today is June 24, 2025. My primary physician wrote a referral for a testicular ultrasound on June 18, 2025. I have called every business day since then, staying on hold for 30-50 minutes, as long as I can while at work, and STILL no appointment. This isn't poor customer service; this is negligence.
I've been cancelled twice the day before my 745 am appointment for a screening mammogram. Each time they've cancelled the next Appointment is a month away. Both times they've cancelled claimed the machine was down. Is the machine really down or does someone not want to come at 745am?
I was asked via email, to call back to reschedule my appointment. I was stuck navigating their phone prompts for 25 minutes. I was told that my wait time is 9 minutes. It seems like the phone prompts keep going in circles. As of writing this review, I had no luck rescheduling.
I requested my records in August 2024. I got an email today (May 8, 2025) that I can pick them up tomorrow. Calling 703 280 1397 is a waste of time as there's only a recording telling people to visit their website or write an email.
They are always running late. No respect for people's time. They don't tell you how late they are. You just sit there and wait. You have to plan for a whole half day for a simple exam.
I am in total agreement with others who have criticized the scheduling system at WR. I spent several days trying to get to a scheduler only to get transferred by an auto attendant and then told no one is available to told to leave a message or make an appointment online.
