Haven't had to deal with billing yet so review is on office and MRI experience. The tech I had so genuinely the kindest MRI tech I have ever had. Office was clean and comfortable. There were changing areas each with their own locker to keep valuables. Appointments were also easy to make in terms of availability of appointments. Would recommend (assuming the billing department is decent!)

This is a great facility. I visited the imaging center at Suite 200 several times. Every single staff person was attentive, knowledgable, thorough, and customer focused. Thanks to Danielle, Shannon, Ruth, Dr. Kim, and the rest of the team for helping during a sensitive situation.

A very stressful CT procedure made quite pleasant by Nurse Karen in the Sterling offices. All the needles and "milkshakes" were administered in a professional manner, and everyone was quite helpful and kind.

I came in for an ultra sound for my belly area and kidneys and Elena (hope I didn't spell her name wrong) who did the test was super friendly, cheerful, positive, and very professional and skillful. Also, I am also thankful for Dr. Marder's attention. He looked at my results right after the test and told me to double check with my primary care doctor whether an MRI for the same area is necessary. Washington Radiology on K St was like a surreal experience as it was totally opposite of what I'm used to in medical settings. I went for my mammogram. The receptionists were friendly, efficient and allowed me to come even though I was late for my appt. The technicians were so nice and explained everything. The office was clean and had comfortable, private dressing rooms and gowns. I love the names of courageous women on the lockers too. Great experience. highly recommend!

I've been coming here for various diagnostic tests for about 20 years. I can't remember a single incident where a receptionist was less than polite. The technicians have been, without exception, courteous and professional. I haven't had many dealings with doctors, but the ones I've had have been at an acceptable level of personal interaction. Granted, few of us who come to Washington Radiology want to be here, but the lab techs at the K street office are consistently kind, competent, and efficient (the women doing mammograms very much included), and the people in the IT and records departments are the best. If you need your images or reports urgently, they get it, and they've got you. Review of the mammogram suite. Polite receptionist and was no wait time. The Technician KB was wonderful. She made what could've been a not too pleasant first experience as nice as possible!
