I thought I was going to die during the mammogram. The pressure was so intense that I couldn't breath, even less so ask for help. The nurse was taking her time behind me. When she released the pressure from the machine, the pain was so intense that I collapsed, without looking at me, she walked right out of the office and slammed the door. My breast tissue teared and I have chronic inflammation since that visit. I might have to have surgery. I hope they won't take down my review like last time.

This place is an absolute joke...can't get ahold of anybody to see if i have a balance... you'd think they'd want my money?! Tried every phone number I could and also submitted the electronic request form and nothing. Seems to be a common theme in these reviews. To rub salt in the wound their 'hold music' is a message that continuously loops the message "thanks for holding someone will be right with you" over and over and over.

Terrible customer service. After 3 weeks no one is able to send me my results. This is a place for breast cancer screening and they treat it like a joke. I will have to repeat the mammogram because I don't trust this people.

With a 2.5 star rating, I am surprised that Washington Radiology has more than 1 star. Again, they failed me by not returning my call. Over a month ago, my doctor said that I need to get a MRI asap. After several calls and leaving messages ... NO CALL BACK. Last week, I actually got a real person on the phone at WR (had to dial the # for doctors only). So I got a real person. That person promised someone would call me back on Friday or Saturday. NO CALL BACK. So today, I'm calling my insurance carrier to complain abo... read more

Service was fine. Billing department is awful. Paid two bills the day received. Payments mailed separately at Post Office. Both checks cashed same day by Washington Radiology and recorded by my bank the next day. I HAVE COPIES OF THE CASHED PAYMENTS. But only one was credited. Account number correct on the check. Have now received same bill three times. Incompetent. Will never use Washington Radiology again because of this.

I went here for a regular x ray after my order was sent in by fax by the doctor's office. I was asked to give my id and sit, which I did and ended up waiting for 20 minutes for nothing. Once they finally did call my name, I was told that they could not find my order. I double checked with the doctor's office, and they had sent it in. However, when I pointed this out, I was even asked if I was sure that they sent it to 'Washington Radiology' and that I should tell them to 'resend'... No comment... I actually returned to this place with some apprehension and anxiety about the front desk staff but was pleasantly surprised that the reception was warm and welcoming. That ended when I went in for the actual mammogram exam and met the rudest, most hostile, X-ray tech. She was unprofessional, disrespectful, and spoke to me with such disdain. It is amazing that someone like her can actually keep a job in such a facility. This practice really needs to review staff behavior and provide sensitivity training to their staff. ... read more

I have been trying to get an appointment scheduled for 48 hours now. I have used the online booking tool (where they promise to call for the appointment). As this didn't work, I made 6 calls, transferred between countless receptionists; promised to get called back - and still nothing. This a reservation system ad absurdum.

They are a complete mess. Do not do your mammograms with them! First of all, they take forever for you to get your results. Second, when they call you back after a need for additional slides, they make you wait weeks for you to get a diagnostic mammogram. They also take forever to send the Radiology report to your doctor. When you try to get an earlier appointment, they have scheduled me with offices which are closed for the day (with no apologies). I would urge you to go elsewhere for mammogram services.
