Went to the Fairfax location. Got earlier appointment as compared to other facilities. Facility was clean with a fresh scent. They gave me a warm gown to wear. Everyone was courteous. And to top it all, they saw that I was concerned about the results so the Radiologist came by to tell me everything was normal!

Nice front desk staff. Though the should reconsider their outfits. Dressed with tights and t shirt is very unprofessional for the image of the business. The office is nice, they have wonderful coffee. The wait time is reasonable. Clinical services at a normal rate and level. Ok to come back back for other radiology tests.

I did my mammogram and dexa test at Arlington radiology today. The font desk staff and the Technician were very nice and friendly. I am satisfied with overall service. The quality of care was excellent I would recommend other people come to Washington radiology whenever they need yearly check.

The service this time was much better. I really don't like coming to Washington Radiology because the service is really bad, but as a result they have appointments. However, I would recommend this place now, and the only reason why I didn't give it 5* is based on past experience. Tips 1) The appointments were too far out for this to be such a metropolitan area and WR having soo many locations. 2) There should be one system or person who can schedule for all locations. 3) parking is crazy

A little bit of a hypochondriac, going to Washington Radiology felt like a death warrant. My doctor recommended I go for an ultrasound to check out a lump on my liver. He thought it was nothing of concern, but wanted to triple check. From scheduling to check in, my experience here was excellent. After receiving the order from my doctor, they reached out to schedule an appointment. There were many slots available. This is a long overdue review for Washington Radiology. I have to get annual MRI screenings in addition to mammos as I'm high risk for breast cancer. The MRIs there are the best: there is a giant window on one wall and they have a viewer you can look out of while in the MRI so you can see outside and not feel so claustrophobic. The tech who has given me 5 MRIs so far is Allen, and he's amazing--the best bedside manner. From scheduling the appointment to the MRI, Washington Radiology was fantastic!! Marley made the scheduling process so easy! She was so very helpful and professional! When I arrived at the appointment, she greeted me with a smile - I could tell she was smiling through that mask :) Dr. Fruman was very kind and compassionate during the injection process, explaining everything he did in detail. My office experience at Wash Radiology was so bad that I had to take the time to write this review. The receptionist who checked me in was rude and short with her tone and I felt as though she was resistant to my kindness. When she spoke to me, she did not provide eye contact until she postured to be confrontational with me. Kindness doesn't cost anything and employees' personal anger and bitterness should not be displayed toward visitors in the workplace.
