I don't generally enjoy doctor visits or tests but Alina made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. This place gave me excellent customer service and I was called in on time. The doctor was pleasant, brief, and clear.

When making the appointment Candice and Andi were incredibly helpful. Alina is by far the best tech Ive ever had. She's warm and personable and makes you feel at ease while having to do a very unfun thing (pelvic exam and transvaginal ultrasound). They are taking covid precautions very seriously! Tests for fever, Questions about symptoms to check, no extra guests/accompanying ppl, social distancing in the seating area. You feel very safe and taken care of.

My doctor sent me to Washington Radiology and said they would do walk-in....even on a Friday before a long weekend! Donna was gracious, and efficient at the Front Desk. I waited for 5 minutes and Albert took me back. He was professional and warm. Explained the process and procedure and directed me on how to prepare for my Xray. The Xray itself was quick and painless. Results as fast! THANK you Washington Radiology.

I had an MRI here on my lower back on both hips. The Saturday tech (lower back) was checked out...Hope the pix are okay. When I returned on Tuesday (for hips), the tech was amazing. Kind, knowledgeable--moving me as long as quickly as possible...explaining stuff the Saturday tech had not--for example, remaining immobile is important only at certain intervals and I could have a deep breath, a cough, or a finger wiggle in between. Amazing the difference that having a nice maybe even caring human being makes.

This clinic seems to be hit or miss for most people. This is a shame because it was definitely a hit for me, and I wish everyone could have a similar experience. Calling to make an appointment for an ultrasound was incredible easy; it took about ten minutes as a new patient, I was able to make an appointment for a week out, and all of my questions were gladly answered by the lady on the phone. My experience here was great! The customer service was off the chain, I came to my appointment 30 min late and they still made a place for me. I was glad I didn't have to reschedule. Huge shout outs to the following people: E. L. - He was my tech. Not only is he proficient at his job he holds a really good conversation. I enjoyed talking with him while he handled my procedure. Outstanding. My doctor sent me over to get some x-rays to see what was up with my shoulder. The fact that they were able to see me as a walk in in about 15 minutes was pretty awesome. The technician was terrific. She was not only committed to getting the best possible images, but also doing it in a way that was as painless for me as possible. I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

I have been going to Washington Radiology for many years and the staff are always so kind, so pleasant, and very professional. They understand patients are sometimes fearful and wary, and they are so comforting in response. They explain what they are doing as they go along and always check in that you are doing OK. They have a large operation, but it is well organized and you feel the personal attention.
