I've never thought of leaving a review for a radiologist or their office but I feel good about doing so this time. Everyone was efficient, pleasant and I felt COVID safe. Alina was a standout - very pleasant, kept me informed every step of the way, and put me at ease throughout.

I used the services of Washington Radiology for a Stereotactic Breast Biopsy. I was very apprehensive about the procedure. In the end, I was so impressed with the kindness and professionalism of Danielle, Linda and Dr. Holland. They took the time to explain the procedure and every part of it as it was happening. One of the best experiences Ive had in a medical facility. All of the staff were very helpful from the moment you step off the elevator until leaving. The tech and dr had great bedside manners and made me feel very comfortable. The doc also shared preliminary results while the tech offered to place my images on a disc - without me asking! The only downside to this location is parking. The only way to avoid a hefty parking fee is to have an early morning appt or to luck up on a spot.

I'm a survivor of sexual violence and it's always weird what makes me nervous- and yet my ultrasound appointment made me a little anxious. Honestly, my tech Alina was the absolute best and I hope everyone gets to experience her professionalism, humor and kindness (though not actually everyone because she deserves days off). I have yet to visit the office on K Street but the ease and exceptional customer service from Sesia while scheduling my appointment has already earned this facility 5 stars in my book. Little did she know that I had an abrasive and frustrating experience trying to schedule a mammogram at another facility just an hour before calling. I was referred here for a sonogram. My first scheduled appointment didn't work out because my doctor's referral wasn't sent, but the front desk helped me straighten it out and rescheduled me for the following week. Remember your doctor's referral! For my rescheduled appointment, everything went smooth and I was in and out in an hour. Alina was really nice and helped me relax with a few jokes. She made my day. I would come back, if needed.

These 5 stars goes to the AMAZING MRI Technician ALEX!!! So my veins were rolling and as a result, I had to get stick multiple times to find a cooperative vein. Then when they told me they had to stick me on my wrist, the tears started to flow and my nerves was starting to rise. Not only did ALEX did an excellent job calming me down, he wiped the tears from my eyes!!! So after that, the MRI machine starts to move and I freak out! I have to get ultrasounds every 6 months and I always go here. Its been recommended to me by all of my doctors, everything is fast and professional. If you can get Alina as your tech. In addition to doing great job she keeps everything light and fun which is so important with some of these procedures.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this type of visit but all of my doubts and concerns were addressed and put to rest by Ms. Alina! She most definitely made the process a lot easier for me. Excellent bedside manner. Thank you again!
