I looked at several companies to refinance my home loan. Paul Graham of Watermark was very responsive and provided me the information I needed quickly. Unlike with some of the other companies I didn't feel like I was talking with a used car salesman.

I had a wonderful experience refinancing my home with Watermark Home Loans. The gentleman that worked on my home loan, Casey Lamm, was very proactive and anytime there was an issue no matter how large or small he was on the ball and told me what I needed to do to resolve the issue and get to the next step. He and I worked closely together to get everything taken care of in a timely manner so the refinace would become a reality. Our refinance process with Watermark Home Loans was very smooth and uneventful. The entire transaction was conducted via email and over the telephone and the entire process went as though we were in the same room together. Our loan agent was very responsive to all of our questions, and would even contact us on weekends when necessary. We have recommended Watermark to several friends who were equally impressed with the level of professionalism they received.
