Worked with Junius, who was awesome. Great rates (we shopped around online quite a bit before settling on Watermark), extremely patient in explaining all our options, went the extra mile in getting our loan approved. Even got us a break on closing costs. Providing documentation was very straightforward, he had everything prepped and even for things that came in late the process went smoothly. I think we found our new go-to guy for future financing.
Nannette helped us refinance two of our properties. She is very knowledgeable and she helped us pick the best product for each of our properties. She shows she cares, which is something we're not accustomed to in this and other industries as of late.We highly recommend Nannette for either your refinance or home purchase needs. Casey did a great job getting things to and explaining them to the underwriter. It is a very stressful thing to get a new mortgage with all the new clamp down on qualifications. Casey and Watermark made the process smoother and as painless as possible.
