I had the pleasure to have worked with Casey Lamm with the refinance of my Home Loan. He had answers to all my questions and explained in detail when I did not understand . Worked with Junius, who was awesome. Great rates (we shopped around online quite a bit before settling on Watermark), extremely patient in explaining all our options, went the extra mile in getting our loan approved. Even got us a break on closing costs. Providing documentation was very straightforward, he had everything prepped and even for things that came in late the process went smoothly. I think we found our new go-to guy for future financing.
Nannette helped us refinance two of our properties. She is very knowledgeable and she helped us pick the best product for each of our properties.
